Davideo7 : This may be kind of weird to post here but figure it would be more fair to properly apply. I'd be willing to take a crack at article writing, now that summer is coming up I'll likely be wanting something extra to do on the site. Since it's a position I've been interested in for a very long time, I want to give it a shot. I think my focus would be making some more detailed argumentative articles. Which I think would make for interesting reads. I've handled both review writing and price guide managing in the past as well as being local and chat manager so I don't think I should have any problems managing quota. EX Palen : Laian : Remember all for one and one for all? gheez.  I'm going to say writing a guide its not as always easy as it seems to be. You need to make sure its not like online walkthroughs you find on the Internet. When writing a walkthrough of a game it has to be within your own unique ideas, and how you place them out to present for other people to see.... Anyways. Hello. I would like to apply for game reviewer. I have made a lot of reviews, and I feel like I have really improved over time, so that's why I think that this review is one of the better examples. And this one is also one of the better ones. Eirinn and sonicthehedgehog57 have replied positively to many of my reviews, as well. Another plus is that a lot of my reviews have been featured. I am also 13 and can keep the position for a while. I can start pretty much all the time. I edited my post because it has now been over a year since I got banned. Which means I now meet all the requirements. (got banned on the first of june 2015) I also made a new review since I first made this post. I would like to apply for game reviewer. so I'd like to apply for Video Adder. I know I haven't been active like at all lately, but I think video adder would really help me, plus I'm interested in doing it. I have gotten 111.0 CP in total from having people rating my Viz, but I do only have 5 videos which is a downside. However since I stream a lot and am willing to give up speedrunning for this, why not? Two videos of mine that I added a while ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SiollgENLSs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h2-6H0EkB8Y I'd love to spend time here for recording videos, although I'd probably stream it on my main Twitch account. It'd be game only on stream, but yeah. (Have the file recorded separately from stream to upload to the Vizzed Channel) I'd say I have about 3-5 hours time in the morning each day (depends when I wake up) and then more hours in the weekend? There are some days where I won't be able to do anything (Specifically the summer, and then after the Summer I don't have time at all) but I'll try to record stuff at least each day. Sixth generation and beyond consoles other than the GBA and the Dreamcast will never be added. First of all, because they aren't retro (retro isn't just old, you know), but also because of the many legal issues with those systems and its games, as well as the immense cost they would suppose. I don't think there are any Sega systems missing in the RGR, and the old PC games for Windows are currently being worked in to be added to the RGR. Once they're added, most likely they will be made for the public, not just staff. Any further discussion about this matter, or anything else non-related to the apps, shall continue in the adequate forums or privately. EDIT: Epic summon fail. I am interested in Video Game Music Manager, I have the CP requirement, and I am pretty efficient in adding games, as I know a boatload of songs for different systems, especially for N64 onward, which seem to be the systems that are missing their music. It would also get me some more variety for music, as I play quite a bit of guitar, and it might introduce me to some songs that I didn't know about before. I am also interested in Game Reviewer. I have received many transitional skills during my Freshman year in High School, and would like to keep them, and this would let me practice writing, and would allow me to find some obscure games, some that may be gems. As last year, I'd like to apply for a position. Not game guide writer, since I'm currently worried about the amount of time required not being the time that I have (still intend to make some occasionally). I'm available to join Staff anytime (already summer break for me and I intend on staying for at least an year including school time, aiming for several years). GENERAL REQUIREMENTS -I am willing to spend 5-10 hours a week on the role I may be given if I'm picked. I already spend an average of 19.5 hours+ on Vizzed a normal school week, and in the summertime an average of 42+ hours a week. Unless I happen to be without internet or punished from the internet for an extended amount of time, where I'd try my best to make up the CP next month, I plan on staying active, which you can see by my posting activity this past month, which I also plan to keep up along with my future staff role if I'm chosen. -Unlike last time I applied, I reach the age requirement of 13. -I haven't been banned last year, and I've never been banned and don't plan on being banned in the future. STAFF ROLE REQUIREMENTS (listed in order of preference) Video Game Character Manager: I haven't done this role recently, I won't lie. It's mostly because when I had the ability to do the action in it's entirety (basically being able to edit, accept, etc) that wasn't my role in the first place. However, when I was doing those actions, I didn't get yelled at for doing them wrong :p. I also added 169 characters and edited 582 of them, which I think, unless the action changed drastically from then, gives me a good idea of how to do the role. I haven't submitted many screenshots (mostly only did screenshots for my guides), and the CP from them being rated is only 60CP (I'd say it's pretty good for only 97 screenshots though), but if I get this role, I do intend on taking screenshots of the characters and tagging them. I'm also above trusted, since I'm Elite. Why do you want to be Staff? I want to help complete the game pages of Vizzed, and I feel like having a Staff role to be able to access those extra actions is the best way to do that. I know what the role requires, and I trust myself to be able to consistently meet the quota for those roles. I also had some experience with said roles, and trust that I'd be able to do them well as well as often.You left Vizzed for a month in the past. Why do you think that you'd stay this time? I think I'd stay and not abandon my Staff position because of my newfound appreciation of the site. Yes, it did feel good to take a break from the site, and that taught me some things. I also left when there was tough situations irl so I guess it's good that I didn't do something stupid here because I left. Now, I can't foreshadow if there will be tough situations in the future, but I have matured a bit and learned to not let them bring me down, and Vizzed has become a site where I calm down and not think about that stuff. Which is amazing since I really need that sometimes. I also just don't idle here at Vizzed which you can see by my posting activity, which is why I think I'll stay this time. This was my application. I know, it was long, but I hope that you did read it and considered me for Staff . |

Hey David, I'd like to apply for the Game Tester position. I'm a Trusted Member, so I already check off the only requirement for it. Second, now that college finals are over and done with for me, I've got a lot more free time for the next month (and maybe more!), so it'll be really easy for me to invest a mere 5 to 10 hours a week. In fact, I'd be willing go much more than that if required. Also, I have two laptops and a PC, all of which have the RGR Plugin installed, so if one of them breaks/stops working, I have backups. I have lots of experience in the RGR in the days where I'd play on my brother's account as well, so there shouldn't be any problems with training or something, and if there is something new added, well, I'm eager to learn! I shouldn't have to abandon the job anytime in the next month or two, as well (unless something unexpected happens), so loyalty isn't a problem either. Hope I get picked! cooldragon1990 : The system manager positions being applied for are for adding content to the VGR; the on-site gaming information library. They add game, console and accessory pages. Adding new systems to the RGR would require a great deal of extra bandwidth and storage space because of how big the files are. It would also require a lot of money to have the RGR plugin |

EX Palen : I looked over and the guides I made do pass. Rule #1: Yep 100% my, sure its not very accurate of the game like other guides on the net but it does help you plan out your next strategy. Rule #2: Did pass the first one but I'm not sure about the other sentence where I need 1000+ words on the second. Did this rule just been added since my second guide was made in 2014 and passed. Rule #3: Again never saw this rule before and I do have two guides split because the gameplay and cards are different topics. I wanted to not confuse the readers so that's why I made two and I never try to cheat at Tdv with this, only wanted to make a guide to help people. If needed I will try to added to the first one. Rule #4: They been spell checked that is for sure, my layout is fine as its standard white background with black text and default word sizes. I don't know if its possible to remove a layout on a post. Just that I'm shock that these new rules were never announced or had any (2016) year title added. mastergame : First of all, these rules only apply for newly made guides. We cannot judge old guides because the rules were different back then (and from my own experience, ever-changing). I just wanted to inform you that the rules have changed since then, I sure hope you wouldn't like to break any rules by accident if appointed for staff. Secondary guides need to be at least 1000 words long or have the approval of the mods of that forum. I guess that, if we looked into it with detail, your second guide could pass by today's standards as well. I don't know why the rules aren't appearing atop the forum anymore. Applying for Microsoft Manager I would love the opportunity to help out this site in any way that I can. I've always supported the VGR staff by letting them know what games were missing on the site ( mostly from Sony, as well as a few others ) and I'm confident that I could help out with Microsoft on a much larger scale. Plus, I'll have plenty of time this summer to add content and be able to maintain the 5-10hr a week quota ( possibly more ). I would love the opportunity to help out this site in any way that I can.
