Hello, Vizzians! Green here with another review! This time, I'll be reviewing Super Smash Brothers for the Nintendo 3DS. It was released almost a year ago. This time, we need to beat 5 challenging opponents, in order to come up with the Overall Trophey. So, reader, will you help me beat those tough, challenging opponents? Really? Yay :3! Anyway, enough blabling. On to the review!
Beautiful graphics... for a 3DS game: Admit it, the 3DS doesn't share the best graphics in the world, but this game is an exception. Gorgeous graphics, and awesome animation! The way you punch, move, grab, run, jump, dodge... is perfect! Like I said, the game shares awesome animation. But, Green, what about the outline!? The outline sucks! Don't worry, ladies and gentlemen, you can remove the fighter outline in the settings! No graphical problems, no nothing. So, yeah, that's it for the graphics section. Sorry, I'm not the best when it comes to this section. *Launches graphics section off screen* 1 down, 4 more to go!Awesome soundtrack: Ah, smash games. All of them share good soundtracks, especially Brawl and Smash 4. There's no way on Earth you will say 'No' to this soundtrack, but if you do, I'll kill you . JK. Most of it are just themes from past games remixed, and some others are just new ones. Some of them are pretty catchy (especially Gaur Plain!), and some of them are pretty relaxing and epic. So, if you're stressed, depressed, or anything, all you have to do is to listen to Smash 3DS's soundtrack! Trust me, you'll be relaxed, and you will get your confidence back! Oh, and I noticed a major difference between Brawl's soundtrack and Smash 4 3DS's soundtrack. I noticed that Brawl's soundtrack is more upbeat, while 3DS's soundtrack is more relaxing. I could be wrong, though. *Knocks out Soundtrack* 2 down, 3 more to go!A bit too addicting: Games nowadays aren't very addicting, and too easy to beat, but this game is an exception. You see, beating the crap out of a game character you hate so much is fun. Or, you can make a team match (Mario and Luigi vs Peach and Zelda, for example), which is fun. There are so much to do in this game. And, right now, I'm playing this game. Smash 3DS is way too addicting. I play this game almost every day. You can't complete everything in one day. I'll say more in the depth section.Sorry, no subspace emmisary sequel Yeah, sorry to disappoint you, smash fans, but this game doesn't include a story mode. Same goes to its counterpart, Super Smash Brothers for Wii U.So much to do: This game has a lot to offer! You have Smash mode, Games and More, settings, Smash Run ( a mode exclusive to the 3DS version), online, and more! It will take a while to beat the game 100%. Wait, what, Green!? I unlocked every fighters (DLC included). Bro, if you unlocked every fighters, then that means you only finished 10% of the game. TEN. In order to completely complete the game, you need to unlock EVERY single trophies, CDs, stages, etc... That will take a while. At least one month. Don't worry, the Wii U version is much worse. It has more to offer :3.Challenging game: If your CPU's level is set at level 3, then the game is easy. However, if you set your CPU's level at level 9, then the game will be super hard. If you're playing the game on the New 3DS, then it's even harder, since it has a more challenging CPU. The controls are simple. B is for special, A for attack, R to block, etc... If you're feeling uncomfortable with the controls, you can adjust them in the settings. So, yeah, that's it for the difficulty section.
We managed to beat the 5 opponents! I think it's time to open the Overall box. *Opens the box*, look at that cool trophy! It displays the number "9.8". So, overally, Smash 3DS is a great game. It's a must buy. This game will impress you all, including you, non-nintendo fans. So, yeah, thanks for joining me in my review adventure! Hello, Vizzians! Green here with another review!
