We all get nervous about something at one point in our lives, sometimes over little things. No matter what it is we are nervous over, we sometimes show signs of it. So in this thread, I am asking what signs you show when you are nervous about something. For example, do you excessively sweat, pace around a room, stutter, fidget or panic? Everyone does something different when they are nervous for something, I tend to tap my foot up and down excessively and pace around a room if I am nervous or anxious about something. I hope this thread isn't making you nervous for instance...so don't feel shy to tell what you do when you're nervous! Just post below what you tend to do when you are anxious/ nervous about something!

Well it goes in a path of 3 stages most of the time. The first is word stuttering, second will be sweating (oh how very cliche) and finally I give up. Luckily I rarely get nervous, so I am usually ignorant to the 3 stages. When it does happen on scarce occasions I really feel them in the motion.

I tend to talk to much, its rambling really. I just go on and on, and never about anything that actually has to do with anything else going on, just really nonsense, or I can't breath and I end up passing out.  I did that on my first day of work once, it was pretty horrible.

I usually just raise my eyebrows and that is pretty much it.

I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety, so you can just IMAGINE what happens. Plus ADD/ADHD totally doesn't help. I stutter, I fidget, I get aggravated, especially when someone keeps telling me what to do and I'm already nervous. My temper flares explosively at that point. I tend to feel my chest tighten up, I cant breath, I have to take DEEP breaths, I feel like I have to GO GO GO and nothing is happening. My mind shuts off and I go into auto pilot. 

I cant think, I cant breath, and I cant calm down. Yep, I'm a lost cause. LOL
