After watching that Zelda Breath of the wild trailer it got me excited. I really like how they are making the game open world and it seems like they are doing it some what like the elder scrolls games. I think its more of a Adventure RPG rather than the traditional Action Adventure Zelda title. It seems to me they are adding a variety of weapons and armor and adding more RPG like elements to the game. I cant wait to see what Nintendo has to offer. Are you excited for this upcoming Zelda title? 

I would be much more excited if I had the money to get an NX or Wii U. I don't have any consoles from this generation, besides the 3DS. pls send money

Oh, I am excited. Back to the roots, like they apparently said. It has some potential as far as the trailer goes. Too bad I don't own a Wii U or a NX at the moment. I can only cry in the corner and save some cash eventually :l

I am moreexcited for this game than...I have been for any other game! Who knew you really CAN win E3 with only having one thing to show? I really hope that this game has a story just as good!

I hope I can get an NX. I had buyer's remorse over the Wii U for the first 3 years of it's life. Hopefully Nintendo learns...ANYTHING from these past few years of major mistakes, and the few huge successes they had.

I'm extremely excited about this game. I wonder how it'll compare to other games in the series? Hopefully it'll have better controls than Skyward Sword, and an epic storyline like Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess all have. I'm getting it on the NX.

   I'm actually excited about this game. After hyping this and featuring this at e3 by Nintendo, I'm surprised on how much featured there are in Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. 0.0 Artistic graphics, that has a Wind Waker feel and a Skyward Sword feel. Good game play mechanics which contains a open-world to discover which represents the first game of the Zelda series, a survival mechanic, and even a rumor that you can go against Ganon on your first couple of minutes of your adventure. They also say there are hidden features of this game like towns and more, and maybe even moar bosses. Heck, maybe the NX version is way better (or way worse, or the same... sorry guys...). Sides, Nintendo has a few tricks up their sleeves and this could be the next Ocarina of Time...?

I am both excited and cautious. This is the best looking Zelda ever as gameplay goes, and it finally sees the series embracing what it could have been all along, so I'm really very excited about that and I may even purchase an NX or Wii U for it.

On the other hand I'm afraid to get my hopes up, because as I'm sure you know, I don't have a good history with Nintendo for the past few generations and I'm afraid this will only end up disappointing me personally somehow, but as of right now it shows no signs of doing so.


So yes, I'm excited for it, but guardedly so. If it ends up like it looks to, I'll love this one.

I am extremely excited for Breath of the Wild, and hoping of getting both versions: Wii U and NX. The massive changes will be interesting, and I can't wait to see in which timeline BOTW will take place. Thinking of 100%ing as well :3

greenluigi : witch version are you going to purchase. I myself am going to purchase both of the versions. I really cant wait to see wheat's in store from Nintendo and I want to see which one of the ports run better as well.

Beastmode64 : I'll probably get both versions, and I will compare them of course. So far tho there doesn't seem to be any major difference...

I feel like having a Legend of Zelda game that's open world would not only just be awesome in general, but it would open up the game to a good deal of new players.

Okay that's just my selling point though. I'm super excited for this! Or I would be, but I don't have a Wii U. I don't think it's coming out on the 3DS, which kind of makes me sad, but that's alright, I might get to play it at some point.

Beastmode64 : Well, normally, I have had no interest in Zelda games, but after beating Wind Waker on the gamecube. I am definitely wanting to try a new one. The fact that the master sword is all rusted got my interest. And i find many aspects about what is going on confusing. They put in elements from nearly every zelda timeline in this game. Will this game merge the timelines? Is that even possible? Also the gameplay does appear to be quite an interesting hybrid. Also, what's with link wearing blue? It's always been green. Always! (Unless you count the color palettes in super smash bros!)

So far, I don't think that the Wii U has had a "killer app" that makes the console a must-buy, yet. At least, for me. So I'm hoping that if Breath of the Wild is great, that will be the reason to get a Wii U.

I'm so very super excited by this. Everything that I've seen in this, I just can't wait to do. In fact, I'd just tell Nintendo to just shut up and take my money. Infact, if I could, I'd go into the future and get the game there.

Hopefully it's as good as windwaker and twilight princess because skyward sword sucked.

I initially wasn't, but after seeing gameplay, I'm kinduh hyped for it. It looks like they've improved a little on the traditional hack and slashing to having some actual swordplay, and also borrowing functions from Shadow of the Colossus. I'm not gonna hold my breath, but I really want them to succeed this time, even if only for the fans.

I like how the game is looking so far.

It looks like a fun, open world, Role-Playing game similar to the Elder Scrolls of sorts (which may also be on the Switch) yet it may not be all about dungeon-crawling like Ultima Underworld or some other early Role-Playing game after all. This game took years to make from what I have seen, as I remember hearing rumors about it when Hyrule Warriors was released (which is not technically a Zelda game). From what I can tell however, is that this game will be a great game that will be as remembered as the first Legend of Zelda game, as this new one took inspiration from it to create this good-looking game. 

So I hope that it is a good game that shows the true capabilities of the Switch/NX from Nintendo, otherwise it would fail similar to the Wii U in ways. I personally would want the Switch version as it would run better and the graphics may not have TOO much of a difference really, but I would want to take it with me on-the-go. Similar to a Nintendo Laptop of sorts. 

Nintendo Laptop that runs a Windows-like Operating System that can play Virtual Console and Wii U games in the tray (with a second screen near the keyboard) and Switch games in a slot on the side that comes with apps like Miiverse pre-installed? 

Now THAT is something that I would TRULY buy for sure.

Anyways, back to the point. I have a feeling that this may be what Nintendo does that could save their company and for them to make more games.

It looks like an interesting take on the Zelda series. I'm very excited for it, and I can say that I'll probably be getting the Nintendo Switch version when it actually gets released. I just hope the Wii U version doesn't get canceled or something...For a system that hasn't had a lot of Nintendo franchises well-represented on it and no killer app to speak of, it'd be a huge loss to lose a huge game like this.

Oh absolutely, I'm all for the exploration aspect of a game. Not to mention that its portable, so I'll have a blast with it. I enjoyed games similar to it, and since its zelda it's probably gonna be great. It AT LEAST has to be better than something like Skyward Sword, and that's enough reason to buy it. My only issue would be if I couldn't get the console for it, since the switch might be a bit expensive for me...

I'm pretty excited for it. Hopefully I can afford it around release date, but if it's coming out early this year then that won't happen haha. Hopefully I can get it for the Switch, but I think that's way too much money to get both the game and the Switch at the same time, so I may have to settle for the Wii U version until I get more money.
