The US is already trying to "join" the EU with the TTIP, and it's a massive no. Your lack of health and safety controls when it comes to certain types of food is just the pinnacle of the iceberg. You're just too different from us, you wouldn't adapt to the EU, nor would the EU adapt to the US if they became the dominant factor.

And well, Great Britain has already left and Obama is due to leave soon, so with all the changes happening right now this thread has lost its point.
