The point of this forum is to simply appreciate some of the members that no longer use the site but have contributed in some shape or form... 

There's a few things that i want to do that may take some time but that's about it... I shall make some threads when I've done the prep work for them.... Which may be a pain indeed!

Lol i never saw this forum before. But i think you're right. This forum doesn't have a function, or else it would be visible for everyone.

Once I see the format you'd like these threads to be in I'll be sure to make a few.

I like this too. I get to express those who are no longer with us. But doing a lot of real life things. The thing they will leave with you is a piece of their friendship with you. Not only that as you said get to mention the really great things that they have done for the site. Its the only small token we can do to offer them. Muff thank you for making this forum.

alexanyways : I'll make the thread that will basically be a discussion on thread layout and such i have an idea in mind. But obviously as other people will contribute i want to make it so others can get involved and its not only me that can actually post stuff if you get what i mean. 

Eniitan : No problem, I just felt this was something that is a cool idea to have on a forum... It's a good way to pay respects to past members

yeah, I liked this idea when you suggested it previously and I'm glad you were able to do it.

I'd love to see the sorts of things you come up with to post about and remember.

If no one else is going to I'll likely put together a VCS results thread. I feel like Leggy already did that though so maybe we'll just steal his

The point of this and most of the new forums are the same. Bland, boring, useless, and should have been done years ago as part of the normal Vizzed Board. But like any rented forum, give it six months and it too will be trashed.

And yes, anyone CAN flame me, and go right ahead. I guess it isnt my fault I didn't make it a spectacle that I am suffering from kidney failure, because I didnt want the attention. But hey, flame away, because I personally accept it. THe cutdown of words is no ill effect of one who just blesses waking up every morning. Which, clearly, many people wake up here saying..."good god it's morning", rather than "good morning god!" And I mean no religion in this. It's just the fact, that for one brief moment...I had a family on this site. My apologies for dreaming whats impossible, and I will not post on site again, being as I am "Flamable".

Firstly let me just explain what happened... 

You actively posted in a thread, with no intention of actually posting anything helpful or insightful... Simply to say the idea of this forum in your words was bland, boring and useless... Caring little for whoever may read it, You gave your opinion and made your feelings clearly known about this forum and many others as well. 

I then replied casually that at least the 6 months would be longer than your attempt at applying for mod. Because to me that was light hearted and let's be honest.. If you want to consider that flaming... then heck you pretty much said every one's ideas for the forum was useless.. So yeah....  Heck it was meant to be a little joke about someone who said my ideas were pointless. So in my opinion I reacted rather well honestly. 

You then say I flame you and that I'm a former mod... (nearly 3-4 years ago) and state that you merely gave your opinion... If you hadn't noticed I only gave my opinion back.... You can't just give and expect nothing back sir. But then again that has been the Vizzed mentality for a while... Most of the users suddenly decided to take off their "big boy pants" and complain every time something was said that wasn't complimentary or in agreement with said users believes.... You want to know a part of why people miss the old vizzed because users like you didn't take things so seriously all the damn time.... and didn't have skin made of paper.... 

Also I'm sad to hear your suffering. I REALLY AM. But that does not excuse you from any of the blame.... Heck I suffer from medical conditions myself that a few members may know about.. But I don't make a deal about it here as well... Because to put simply.. I don't want the false sympathy from others... It's a hassle.

You did have a family on this site.....But simply posting on a thread damming someone's ideas as useless isn't really going to make anyone go "OMG THAT MANICMAN IS A SWELL GUY"  is it. 

Like I said before it's amazing how many users are quick to point out faults and issues and mean things about others.... but then get all butthurt when people say stuff back....  This is a forum.... not some sort of school playground...

This is an interesting premise for a forum, if we are able to talk about other users here whether active or inactive. I wonder what people think about me. Even if it's bad thoughts of me I would love to hear about it, this forum could help in users self-reflection and could become better users and people altogether even of they are already good. So in short, maybe this is a place for people to discuss other users, but the users themselves could reflect on what other users say about them.....that seems very cool.
