So it can be a no or yes answer. Do you like eating candy canes? Or not at all? Please detail why, and not just say you dislike it or hate it. I would like to know the reason behind it. As for me I love candy canes. Its always been that way for me when I was young because of how it tastes. Sometimes I would eat the most out of the family when we went to my cousins house to stay. They always had it up their Christmas tree. XD

I used to, but now, I don't really like eating candy canes because mint flavored things aren't my thing anymore. I used to enjoy eating peppermints and candy canes when I was a kid. Now, I'd rather have hard candy's that don't have a minty taste than stuff like candy canes.

I might in the spirit of the season and all but while I don't hate the mint flavor it's not a flavor I typically like that much, if I want something mint flavored I'll likely just grab a piece of gum, which makes more sense in the first place since the reason I'd want it would probably be to freshen up my breath or get rid of a bad taste in my mouth since the strong flavor is good for that.

If I just want a sweet though there are like a million other option to choose from for me, even if I'd want something Christmas specific like gingerbread. As a result while I'll probably at least taste one any candy canes that I could end up getting my hands on would be better suited hanging as decorations in a Christmas tree

I like candy canes period but the cheap little ones tend to feel like I'm chewing on wax.  There's this one gloriously large (think inch thick, about the length of a PSP) but only comes out around Christmas.  $2.50 at the cheapest while I've seen some places go up to $4.50 a pop.  But it's huge and has lots of peppermint oil.

I also think cinnamon candy canes are pure evil.  You bite in thinking you're gonna get yummy and HELLO TASTE OF DRIED-UP STICKS!  At least cherry tends to be done well enough on average that its an okay mistake.  But cinnamon?  You have deceived me.

Am I the only one around here that ADORES the rainbow-looking candy canes? Those are the best ones in my opinion, and I get them every Christmas. I do eat other kinds, but those are my favorite.

Although I don't generally eat a lot of sweets during the holidays (surprisingly), I don't mind an occasional candy cane or sweet every now and then. I'm partial to the multi-colored ones as opposed to the regular white and red candy cane, but both are fine. 

Candy canes aren't my favorite candy, but I suppose I eat them just because they go together with the Christmas season. As Zlinqz said, there are a plethora of other better, options I could choose from, but I just go with the flow and eat candy canes during Christmas. I like mint as an ice cream flavor, but eating a minty flavored candy cane isn't quite the same.

Especially since all of it now has aspartame. That is not only not good, it's not good for you either. You're better off munching on a candy cane. Although I won't lie...Once you get to that iconic half loop the candy cane gets really awkward to eat. It never quite fits into your mouth or your hands.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
