Exactly 5 years ago at this very moment, I will have registered for an account at Vizzed.

I know I may not be as active as I used to be, but I've done so much in the past 5 years.

I've made a ton of posts, a lot of friends, and a ton of threads.

And while the posts are in the Trash Can, the friends have all left, and the threads are all closed, nothing can ever change the memories I made at this place, and how Vizzed has changed my life for the better.

I would never have known grammar, HTML, or even communication if I wasn't silly enough to want to play Super Smash Bros in my browser all those years ago.

I won't do any summoning until later so I can preserve the exact timing of this post. I've been attempting to do this for years now, always forgetting or failing by a couple of hours.

Thank you for everything, Vizzed. You've made me who I am today, and though I've gone through my troubles, my rebellions, and all sorts of things with this site, I'm always going to love the time that I've spent here.

Here's to all of my friends, to David, and everything that made this one of the best experiences of my teenage years.

And now you can all vote for me as Best Veteran at the Vizzed Awards this year. That's a weird feeling.

This place has grown so much. This is like the 85000th thread, and I was around all the way back to just before the 10000th

Dude. You're a veteran now! You really have done a lot during your time, I went over your bio once or twice before and was amazed at all your positions and how long you held them. You probably won't be as active as you used to but I hope you stay at all active for many more years.

alexanyways : Congrats man. It's surprising that you've been here for 5 years. A lot of the veterans back from when we first signed up aren't around anymore, so it sucks. But, you are still alive and kicking, and that is freaking awesome. 

Got any awesome plans? Maybe throw a party in chat or something?

Wow, 5 years is a long time. I just beat 2 years last month. But I am approaching 5 years on DeviantART though (that is the closest site to 5 years).

But hey, surviving 5+ years on any site is very rare, because people only last like a year before they mysterious disappear from the site.

Great work on 5 years Alex.

Sorry I am late to the party. Congratulations, alex. Even with everything that has changed, you are still here and you are a member of the staff, just like I first remember seeing you on Vizzed. Thanks for all you have contributed.
