Hi all. I always wash my hands and not just after using the bathroom. I have to because I work in home health care and it's pretty important. I have to cook for them, clean up after them, give them their medications, etc.... 
They are a work in progress of course so the company I work for insist that we keep everything clean including ourselves.

If it's a public bathroom then yeah I wash my hands for sure,seemingly they're much more dirty than a regular bathroom at someone's house. Heh  Though that's just me,especially if I worked at a restaurant handling food and what not.

I worked in a restaurant a few years ago, and I was shocked to catch maybe 25% of my coworkers not washing their hands.

I work at a hospital now, and it's now, of course, expected.  We get audited occasionally and, among other things, they can take you from your work station and ask you to wash your hands, just to see if you wash them correctly!

Other than hand washing, though, I try to stay clear of over sanitizing my environment- I like to keep up my immune system!

I'd say I USUALLY wash my hands.  I don't get totally grossed out when people don't, but I also don't understand -NOT- doing it. I mean, it takes less than a minute... MAYBE a minute if you're a stickler.... so what's the harm in losing that small portion of time?  It can't hurt you and the odds are you're getting rid of some pretty nasty stuff by participating.  Anyone that says they're too hurried possibly needs to reflect on how they spend / value their time.

I have a pretty big fear of germs, so I wash my hands every time I've done my business in the bathroom.
