Well a lot of shows make me think this. for example.

I would probably have to say family guy, I mean I haven't seen it, but just from the looks of it, it looks like a really stupid show, and I doubt that if I watched it I would actually get into it. A lot of dudes nowadays watch it, I don't know how or why, but they do... 

Duck dynasty looks pretty dumb to, and honestly a lot of that type of stuff like hunting or redneck fishing or whatever they call it really takes over the science channels and they are absolute garbage now like most tv anyway. It's crappy shows like this that are the reason I don't watch tv much anymore....

I find anything where people wander around and live their lives unwatchable.  Movies tell a story, give me action, romance, and finish within a set time.

Reality tv just kind of wanders around, not entertaining, and people generally just argue and fight with each other.  Or they talk about their own lives.  I can't stand watching people do stuff.  I want to do stuff myself.  I'd rather play the sports, do the adventures, have the romance, and all that.  Watching people talk about their lives and why they like a certain kind of food?  Yuck.

Saying that, biographies and documentaries are fine.  I'll watch those.

TristanTehGamer1 : All of those are horrible shows. Absolute garbage. I enjoyed Two and a Half Men at one point in time, but soon started to hate it shortly after watching it. I also hate pretty much any reality TV. I want something that distracts me from my daily lives, not something that can simulate real life. I watch to be entertained, and anything that reminds me of my dull life is not entertaining. I do not really watch TV all that much anymore though, so at least I don't have to be bothered by them anymore. 

I used to think of this for shows such as South Park, shows that seem too ridiculous to be aired in the first place but still get a shot. Especially because of political and social mocking's that they portray

Family guy- This show sucks really bad in my opinion. Not fun and boring.

South park- This guy hates both family guy and SOUTH PARK!? yes I do. Stupid Not funny and sometimes it pisses me off. lol I don't know why.

Kardashians-... No comment.

Victorious- This show still airs here in holland at it sucks major butt!!!!

Spongebob. Back then it was really a great show. These days you think "what is happening to my childhood? It's getting ridiculous!" After watching the Kenny the Cat episode of Spongebob, I gave up on the show

Some show start out good but, when it gets dragged on for too long.....it will just get annoying to see and to watch. I mean family guy was great with the  first few seasons. And then it just stopped being funny. And it lost the old funny that it had. The Simpson's really got to end. I mean....that has been going on for years. And years and years. A lot of shows needs to be cut off. And I am talking about the ones which drag on for too long. Look at phineas and ferb it started out great. Then they lost the original plot of the storyline. Thus why I stopped watching it.

Snooki and Jwoww. They just live their lives, it's 99% of the time completely uninteresting. Family Guy and South Park are funny but lame, but I don't watch them. I don't watch Honey Boo Boo either.

For me, it's any form of televised sports. Seeing other people play a game really isn't that entertaining, and I don't see how anyone watches it or even cares for that matter.

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, Hillbilly Hand Fishing, Keeping up with the Kardashians, Duck Dynasty, My Gypsy Wedding (I think was the name) as well as the american version, every redneck show on the History Channel, everything on Spike, everything on MTV, everything on the Oprah channel, everything on Oxygen. Y'know... all I watch are shows such as The Universe, Ancient Aliens, and Jeremy Wades River Monsters, etc so.... everything unlike those shows are trash.

Same as warmaker, reality stuff. Geordie shores and made in chelsea are perhaps the very worst offenders, although the royle familly is the longest running snore fest. Litteraly a fake familly watching tv and snacking while making jokes. Watching people watch tv on your tv?Really?Its come to this?

Whats bad about mocking politics and society? Its a fun way to learn about impoortant issues, and such analogys typically help those who traditionally wouldnt understand the issue.
You can argue that shows such as simpsons, familly guy, or southpark are ridiculous, same as you can argue for games such as gta or saints row. But ridiculous as they are, they all make commentarys on real life issues. To that end they have more point than half the stuff on tv (or games).
I dont watch either show since they long since ran out of ideas, but in their begginings they actually carried important messages when you got past the slapstick humour.

thenumberone : There's nothing wrong with mocking, but it's the way it's done and every once in a while the show either may take it too far or may just do something that is downright stupid.

All those shows about cop shows like To serve and protect, cops, etc. Those shows to me are just really boring. Half the time its just them talking about some boring topic and when the action appears its pretty lame. If you wanted to become like a police officer I could see why you would watch this but just for entertainment I can't understand what you would find enjoyable about this, especially compared to all these special effect movies about cops.

The View, I do not understand how people enjoy a group of women screaming over each other about topics that really don't matter. It's awful and the amount of times they pan the camera to each and every shouting person gives me a headache.

The News!! I cant stand watching the news they only give you half of the story and 95 percent of it all is depressing and I can live without knowing.

Pretty much every single reality TV show needs to just die off; the only one I can kinda tolerate is Kitchen Nightmares, because Gordon comes around to people and even though he loves to show off his sailorspeak he ends up saving lots of restaurants and putting people in place. He's kinda like the british male version of Madea.
Tyler Perry movies begin to have the exact same family scenarios and they become predictable so eventually I got tired of him too

The View: Bunch of random topics with random women that are semi famous but nobody really cares about.

Spongebob: Used to be good, then 2008 came and screwed up e v e r y t h i n g

HCHBB and Keeping up with K's: I don't want to even go there

All those new "hip" sci-fi love dramas i.e. Vampire Diaries, I have a heavy urge to walk up to the producers and mutilate them with a 2x4

Family guy has occasional moments where i burst out in extreme laughter but many of the newer episodes don't just cut it for me.
Cleveland show: no.
American dad: no.
(I'm pretty much listing everything I can about TV that I hate)

2.5 Men and Big Bang Theory are both glorified shows imo. not bad though they're nice.

zanderlex : That's actually the point of the show. They take a controversial issue and exaggerate it to the point that it's so laughable making everyone a part of the argument look like fools. Look at the episode where they portray how people think about P.E.T.A for instance or the episode where Eric get an extremely stereotypical Chinese disguise. He was acting so stupid and the Chinese family were acting normal. Making the racist look like a completing idiot. They're just clever in the way they make their jokes is all.

I think "The Cleveland Show" and "Breaking Bad" are two shows I didn't really understand the hype about. "The Cleveland Show" just bored the hell out of me the first few episodes and "Breaking Bad" was just way to over rated. I'm not really interested in seeing a Science teacher transform into a drug lord.

Shows that have no relevance or lacks purpose of entertainment and interest get me thinking: how are shows like these even possible to watch or how are they even popular?

And some others I cannot think right now at the top of my head...
