I think this thread might be a duplicate of another thread and it should rather be moved to a Pokémon forum, but I guess that's not too much of a problem, since you're new here. I'll summon the local mods to decide about this.

This is a tough one, and I can't really decide which my favorite is, but I like Lugia, Groudon, Deoxys, Giratina, Zekrom and Xerneas. I don't have specific reasons for these except for the designs. I just like these.
And if you count Victini as legendary, that would probably be my choice. It represents victory with its name, its V shape and  the victory sign it does, which is awesome. Also, I think the colors orange, that cream color and the blue eyes fit well.

May seem nooby, but I never really focused much on stats and things like that in Pokémon games; just love to try completing the dex.

Go easy on him guys, he is new, it is a common mistake that is easily fixable. Just be sure to make threads according to each of the topic forums okay man?

To answer your question, I think Giratina is really cool because of its type combo, dragon and ghost which is a rare one, plus it has great moves and awesome stats. I also think that Lugia, Rayquaza and Kyurem are all cool legendary pokemon as well though. Kyurem because when it combines with either Zekrom or Reshiram, its stats are insanely powerful!

The best legendary pokemon is Moltres.
