Well, hey guys. I guess I'll make this chapter of my story today since I currently have some freetime to do so. This is probably the only thing I will have enough freetime to do today on vizzed. So, we are currently at chapter 12 now. Also, be sure to read the previous chapters in order before reading on so things can actually make more sense. Alright. I guess that list will keep on building up but oh well. I'm also starting to get worn out now. Ehh.. Anyways, let's get on with the story!

Chapter 12: A New Problem

The meeting has officially ended for today, however, even though the meeting has ended, their mischievous plans did not end, indeed. Tom and Bob now started crawling back and looking around for alternative paths to leave the vent. Tom and Bob both got nervous and started to panic thinking that they may be stuck in the vent forever. They starting breathing quite fast as they were slowly crawling and they were sweating again. Tom then said, "Ugh... Is it getting hotter in here or what? It's almost burning!" Bob then said, "No kidding. Or maybe it's another strange sighting. I think it is beginning to glow red and get windy in here. Such a scary sighting man." Tom then said, "Ohh... Shoot. I don't think thats a sighting, this must be real and I literally mean real. This is a vent so this is where air conditioning or heating of this school comes out from, I guess." Bob then said, "Oh no, this is bad man! That means we are gonna get burned alive in here!!!!"

Tom and Bob were crawling so fast as the floor and all sides in the vent were getting even hotter and started glowing. Tom then said, "AHHH!!! We must get out of here. Shooooot!!!!" Bob then started yelling like a little girl and they were both hoping up and down hitting their heads on the ceiling and yelling in pain. They both started crawling and they saw an area that was glowing, they crawled to that dark area and then they cooled down and got relieved. Tom and Bob noticed that their clothes were smoking. Tom then said, "Oww... Ughh... That burns man. If I knew that the vent would get hot like this all of a sudden, then I wouldn't have ever used this vent to eavesdrop on the classroom. Dang... That hurts soo bad. This is the only spot that is not burning right now." Bob then said, "Gee... Thanks for nearly getting the both of us in a barbecued Tom. I wish I never done this plan once again." Tom then said, "Well, how was I supposed to know that this vent will suddenly start burning up like this man? And we also know some stuff about those military men because of this."

Tom and Bob continued to sit down on the same cold spot while everything else was glowing red hot. Bob then said, "I hope this vent doesn't stay too hot for long, what if we get trapped here because of this man?" Tom then turned to Bob and went silent for a few moment. Tom showed a very sad face and he was nearly about to cry. Tom then said in a pessimistic voice, "I'm such an idiot. I wish I actually bothered to consider if going into a vent was the right thing to do and if it was safe man. We are now about to possibly burn ourselves to death because of my stupidity. It was nice knowing you Bob. I hope you forgive me for possibly ending our lives." Bob then said, "Naw. It's not really your fault man. And again, if you think about it, what if those military men wanted to capture the students and kill them either way? So, even if we didn't bother to do the plan, we wouldn't know about any of this and possibly there plan was to kill us and the students anyways. But still, don't think that we are really gonna burn to death man. Think of it logically. Does the heater in a room always constantly keep working all the time? Nope. So eventually, this place will cool down and we should be fine man. We may have to wait a while but we don't have any homework today anyways. So, nothing to worry about. Patience is a virtue, Tom!"

Tom then smiled a little bit and said, "You are very optimistic man. Too optimistic that you almost sound insane! But your right. I mean, nothing else we can do now." Bob then said, "Lets talk about some other things so time can pass by very fast like usual and hopefully things will cool down soon for us." Tom then said, "Okay. I'm out of things to talk about. What should we talk about man? Death? An oven? A graveyard? A stupid plan?" Bob then said, "Ugh Tom. Calm down man, no reason to think about all of that. Heh. The more you make yourself worry, the worse it will get. Think about something else that can brighten our mood and make us forget about all of this current trouble until this vent cools down." Tom then said, "Okay... Uhh... I don't know once again." Bob then decided try to start another topic and he said, "Very well then. How did Jeff get allowed to come back to our school? I'm extremely surprised and terrified when I saw him randomly return to us like that." Tom then said, "I have no idea man. Maybe the soldiers need to use Jeff's extreme strength for their own use or maybe this school really can't find any gym teachers but whoever decided to hire him back is probably one of the biggest idiots I know. And I of course wouldn't be surprised if the teachers at our school do something stupid. I mean, look at the teacher that we had today at the last period. She was literally bragging and talking about herself when I asked her one simple question about herself that she even forgot to give our her homework. I was really happy that she was that talkative about herself and I couldn't stop laughing at her."

Bob then said, "Yea, you should continue to do that to that teacher. Continue to ask her questions about herself everyday so we don't get any homework. I think none of us here would want homework, obviously. haha." Tom then said, "Yea, but I'm not sure if it will work for a second or third time though but no harm in trying. If she ever notices and thinks that I am trying to not get any homework, then I'll just say that I'm only asking questions out of curiosity so she can possibly talk about herself even more from that. Not sure how it will work out though." 

Afterwards, Tom and Bob looked around and the vent was no longer glowing red and it got colder again. Tom and Bob smiled and bob said, "Well, see? I was right! Now, lets leave before it's too late!" Tom then said, "Hehe. Nice!" They now both continued to crawl quickly. The next thing they noticed was that is was getting windy and air was pushing against them in the vent. They continued to crawl and they slowly began to slow down thanks to the fast wind. Eventually, Tom and Bob noticed that they were slowly moving back from the wind. Tom and Bob both tried to grab on to the walls as much as they can and Tom said, "Oh no! Now the air is pushing us back! Not good!" Bob then said, "Well, it is better than getting fried from a hot vent. Right?" 

Tom and Bob's legs were now going into the air and only their hands remained in a grip on the ground. Tom and Bob were now getting pushed back even more and the wind was moving about nearly 100 miles per hour. Then Tom and Bob both yelled, "NOOO!!!!! AHHH!!!" and they both began to fly away through the vent because they can no longer keep a grip and they flew away though the vent in high speeds. Tom and Bob continued to yell and they continued to fly throughout the vent. They could not stop being pushed by the wind. Tom then yelled while being pushed from the vent, "Were are we going?! Ahhh!!!!" Bob then said, "Relax! We shouldn't get hurt or harmed in anyway. Even though we are being pushed by some fast air, it still can not harm us like the burning oven since it is air after all."

This time, even though Bob tried for a second time for some good luck to happen just like what happened when the vent was burning hot, he was horribly wrong and bad luck happened instead. Tom and Bob continued to fly at fast and unstoppable speeds. Tom then turned around while he was being pushed by the air and Tom noticed that there was a wall. Tom then thought that we was gonna get injured for real this time. Tom then yelled, "Waaaatcchhh ouuuutt!!!!! AHHH!!!" Bob then turned around and noticed that they are about to crash on a wall and they both started to yell very loudly. Shortly afterwards, KA'BOOM! Tom and Bob hit the wall and made a gigantic dent. They were both nearly unconscious and their heads and backs were full of bruises. The wind continued to blow and now, they were both stuck on the wall because the air was pushing them against the wall at such high strength and speed that there was no escape for them. They were both too unconscious to move and they can not move against the wind.

Tom and Bob both continued to lay on the wall. Tom then woke up a little bit and he managed to open his eyes. He then whispered, "Oh boy. Ouch. Not good. You really jinxed it this time Bob, haven't you?" Bob then whispered back, "Owww... Well, it's not my fault. I have no control over this vent man. But it's not as bad as it looks." Tom then said, "Dude, just don't jinx it again. haha. Oh well. I don't mind being stuck here for a short while. I just hope we don't get stuck here for too long." A few moments later, the air pushed against them even stronger and faster now. Tom then said, "Oh boy. We jinxed it again. Why?! Ehh.." Then Tom and Bob noticed the dent getting even deeper as they were pushing against the wall. 

Bob then said, "Oh boy, I'm getting stuck in the dent. I'm beginning to really get inside the dent now. Not good. This is very painful. Our luck is just horrible. Someone prey for us! I'm choking from the dent. AHHHH!!!!" Tom then said, "Wait a sec! I think this is the way forward. We should continue to push toward the wall. I think we may get somewhere. Maybe we might break through it!" Bob then said, "Oh, are you serious man? You obviously know that we can't break metal!" Tom then said, "Not that, I mean, look at the corners of the wall, it's drilled with some screws so we can bust through it! Push Bob! Push man!!!!" 

Both Tom and Bob now began to push through the wall as much as they can and the screws started getting weaker. Shortly afterwards, BOOM! They busted through the wall. Tom and Bob noticed that they were now out of the vent and back the school hallway. Tom and Bob noticed that they were in mid-air and they both yelled and fell on their backs in the ground. They noticed that they literally fell off the ceiling. Tom then said, "Ohh.... That left a gigantic hole of the ceiling! Now, lets run out of this school before anyone notices! Off to my house now man!" Bob then said, "Oh boy. Alright!" 

They both began to run very fast back to the back entrance and they left the school! Tom and Bob has finally made it out of the vent! However, will anyone ever notice that they are responsible for the hole on the ceiling? Will they be able to counter plan the army's plans to capture the students? Will they be new heroes? Find out in the upcoming chapters! Boy, oddly enough, I enjoyed writing this chapter the most compared to others for some reason. lol. Any constructive feed back is always appreciated!
