Believe it or not, but I brush mine about 3 times a day every day, I wear a pair of invisalign braces but I still have to take them off, and no they are not like a retainer, they are clear and like regular braces, but you can take them off. I take them off for each meal of the day to brush afterwards. I also have to clean my braces as well. I also do it at night which is perhaps the most important because if you go to bed without brushing, you wake up in the morning with a nasty film of saliva stuff over your teeth and it just isn't good. I have always been very hygienic as to not get cavities. I also use mouthwash. Good poll by the way.

I listen to my dentist and brush twice a day. I keep my teeth shiny, and as I like them to be. I am very big on dental hygiene, believe it or not. I take a shower every day, and occasionally, TWICE a day.

When I am supposed to brush my teeth twice a day, I don't. Usually I just brush it once in the evening and others I do as I am told and I do the two. However there are some days where I am just too lazy for that and don't brush them at all though those days are rare and only come with extrememe stress!
