Do you goof around with the codes on Megaman games? I do. It's fun to use the codes on Mega Man X. I can't beat a single level on any Mega Man games. The bosses are too hard. So I end up using codes to beat the game.

I can't say I use very many password codes at all but I can say I love the code screens and their music. From the original Mega to the X series, the password screens have always had pretty good music. If i'm just not feeling up to keep playing again i'll just sit at the password screen and let the music go and do something else. I'm a very odd individual.

No, I don't usually use codes, but I have used save states before (Thank you Wii!) in Mega Man 3.  That really helped when I got to the 4 combo robot masters section.

Nah, I also don't really use codes that much when playing megaman to be honest.  I just play without them, I feel odd for saying so, but I just don't really see the need to cheat in the game, unless it is like extremely difficult to a point where I can't get past it any other way. So I only rely on cheating if i can't get past it the right way.

i love doing it. i did the Blue Zero code in Mega man X3, and the unlimited health on rock man and forte! it is very amusing to do blue zero! when you do blue Zero, the charater mod for X turns to Zero. it is very amusing! but beware! if you land in a spike, you cant have zero for the rest of the game.
