As the title asks, what game is your favorite to SpeedRun? As obvious as it is, mine are the Sonic games. In fact, the Sonic franchise kinda even got started by (who IIRC was) the head of SEGA basically speed running through the first level of Super Mario Bros (May have the person wrong, not sure) over and over again. It's really the one game that's main aspect is speed itself, Nya~.

Ha ha bless.. I haven't slept for 32 hours and I've got a dodgeball tournament in 2 hours.. So I wont sleep for probably another 15... 

Anyways I've always enjoyed speed running sonic 2.... Mainly because it doesn't have any hugely annoying levels... though sky chase after the 50th time is so dull...  Plus it really makes Sonic awesome.. I mean the game is based on speed after all
It'd be fun to have some sort of sonic speed run competition n the future that's for sure

Well, mega... I would say mega man. Don't know why but every time I play any games, I just want to just race the game through and hopefully just beat the game as fast as possible. Also, I speed run through Dr robotnik mean bean machine

I don't really have a favorite game to speed run, but the only game that I really speed ran through was Super Mario Bros, which took me about 7 minutes to beat.

I love to speed run on Mario bros WII. It is so fun to beat the best time you have.

Its always fun to Speedrun Mario games, but the best has to be Sonic 2. It was meant to be speedrun'd, like your Youtube channel, Mega. I love just spindashing around, getting through the levels in less than 20 seconds or something.

I usually only use Speed Run when I am playing a Pokémon game. It is a whole lot faster than just "running" around with the shoes or bike. But, that is the only time I use it.

I liked to speed Run "Bushido Blade 2."
Either Story mode or Slash mode.
I think you can clear the story in 15 minutes. The slash mode in 30 minutes.
It has been years. I might be wrong.
But the thing I Do Remember most was how much fun it was.
I could easily kill a weak-end and a couple of pizzas with that thing.
Unlock the characters on a fresh data slot might have taken 2 hours min maybe. With the exception of the slash mode characters. Those were where things got interesting. You had to clear the slash mode with certain conditions met like not only did you have to kill 100 ninjas but you also had to do it with zero damage taken or something.
Like I said. I cant remember too well. Been Years.

I used to speed run Zelda 1 for N.E.S. Mega Man 2 for N.E.S. and Mario 1 or 3 for N.E.S.
Now I just pop in a driving or flying simulator when I feel the need for speed.

I've done some minor attempts here and there at various games including Mario Bros 3 (Whistle runs XD). Probably had the most fun with F-zero time attacking if that counts.

I always LOVED to speedrun time attacks on Sonic Adventure DX. I had done speedruns on the game since probably the day I got the game in March, 2009. I did offically quit about maybe a year ago, but it was so fun, I almost got some WR runs on cyberscore. I also did speedrun the first level to world 8 of Super Mario Bros 1, in which I couldn't beat world 8 without the fire flower or a mushroom in which is why I don't speedrun the entire game. If you didn't know this already, I am speedrunning Super Mario Bros Deluxe in TAS form. I started TASing the game probably 2-3 days ago. It is so fun, especially when trying to take a fast route or having to think of my own quickest strats. (strat is a shortened word for strategy, because they both have strat in the word, but in TASvideos, it's "strats".) The only problem is that for TASing, I am putting parts of the run on YouTube, but the real issue is that a 2 1/2 minute video is about 600 MB big in size for me when I .avi record my run watching the .vbm file after the TAS is done for 1 world each. Because of the video size, I checked the offical speed test website which takes your Internet and shows how fast it is for downloading, uploading, and how fast it load stuff which is called "pinging". The upload speed for my computer, it said 0.05 MB a second. So if it stays at 0.05 for a minute, it becomes around 3 MB a minute. So slow to upload, which means it takes 3-5 hours to upload just one, ONE video!

Mine was GTA Vice City - I was too furious to press Enter on 2 or 3 keyboards, but none of them are became broken.

I like to speedrun any/all of the Fire Emblem games. It's challenging, but fun! Anyways, after that I probably like to speedrun Mario. Or maybe solitare... Jk, jk. Anyone else like speeding through FE?

I prefer to speedrun Super Mario World. I've found many tricks to complete levels in nearly half the time (e.g. Mastering the cape power-up, then flying in Larry's Castle to the secret door).

Mega Man V is a good game to speedrun,but not overall

I don't have a particular favorite game to speedrun, but my favorite level to speedrun is the final level of Super Mario World 2.  That level was BUILT for speedruns and is quite well designed.

I am probably going to have to say Pac Man. That game is pretty easy to speed run, but once you get going, it gets harder, so it makes it challenging.
