The tradition of forcing everyone to use the Christmas theme has finally come to an end. You can now switch back to the default theme by clicking the 'Use Theme' button on this page. Or you can pick a different theme to use, or even create your own, from the Theme Creator page.

For the rest of us who enjoy this time of year and enjoy the cheer that this theme brings, enjoy

A monthly theme might be neat that is based on a holiday or season that is happening.

You could probably host the competition the month before, and the winner is the default theme for the month that it won. I can definitely see some activity there, especially if we put it to a vote.

I did it a day early since December 1st is the start of my 12 hour a day work week and I didn't want to forget about it.

The feature is a new feature and I still have a few things left to do with it. I plan to make it more user friendly and also add more customization so that users have even more control over the look of their theme.

I agree with that as a competition option.... get people to build a spring, summer, fall theme along with other major holiday themes. I'm not the creative type so I wouldn't compete but I think it would be worth doing.
