So something that came to my mind.... I was thinking, if I can have an unlimited supply of any one thing, what would it be? Immediately money came to mind because of many obvious reasons. But then I thought, what else other than money? And what if you can't sell any of that unlimited supply for money? And your answer can be anything but money. (physical, metaphorical... etc) And also NO option to sell any of the unlimited supply. For me, I would have an unlimited supply of extra time. That way, I can have a longer break during a stressful college semester, have as much time as possible to do anything (homework, studying, fun... etc), and have a more relaxed life... I'm the type of guy who sometimes crams up until the last 2 days before a big due date. You guys? Immediately money came to mind because of many obvious reasons. Hmm. Excellent question and your answer was a good one. I will go with unlimited stamina. Now,you youngsters can blitz all over hell and creation and it does not stop you. But as you get older, doing the same thing you used to do with no sweat years ago becomes tougher. But if I had unlimited stamina,I would be all over the place and could do anything that I needed and not feel like a slug. |

Mohammedroxx3 : Dude unlimited time would be awesome! I mean, think of all the stuff we could do with that! This one might be a bit off, but I wish I had an unlimited amount of master balls in all the pokemon games. That would mean that I would never have to fight a pokemon before catching it! It's probably not a good thing that when I read this thread, the first thing that came to mind was "Drugs. Lots and lots of drugs" XD In all seriousness, my honest answer would probably be drugs, especially if I could pick more than one form of them lol. But for the sake of keeping this family friendly and actually contributing to the thread, I'll go with a more appropriate answer If I could have an unlimited supply of anything, my first instinct would be to go with Love. Believe me, I know how corny that sounds, but hear me out here. I don't mean infatuation or the kind of love where every one will do any thing I ask of them, but to have the people around me genuinely care and want what's best for me, even if it means doing some thing I'm not happy about. For them to constantly push me to be at my best, and always have my best interests at heart. To be tough on me when I need it, or show me compassion when I'm having a rough time with life. Some thing like that, since it's been extremely hard to come by for the last 5 + years or so. I can't really complain considering I put my self in this situation, but meh In all seriousness, my honest answer would probably be drugs, especially if I could pick more than one form of them lol. PUDDING! ALL FLAVORS OF PUDDING!!! While the choice of extra time is awesome, lazy Palen would most probably use it all to If I have to choose something not yet said, I'd go for unlimited control over my body. Lots of strange and unexplainable things have been happening to me in the last years, so having full control over how my body behaves would give me a more relaxed life. It would also help incredibly to calm down by myself, because I'm a hard to quell person while also having a very short temper. I'm not sure I would ask for an unlimited supply of anything. I don't want to be "spoiled". Too much sweetness spoils a product, and I'm that product. There might be a few things I could come up with, but...really? There's nothing I need an unlimited supply of. Not that I wouldn't like my pick of every video game on the planet, or even being able to try every chocolate in existence without it running out. Of course I would! But...I'm content with what I have now. What I have now is enough to get me by, and much more. I have enough games to last me a lifetime. I get to have chocolate every now and then, and I enjoy it all the more when I have it because of that. Variety is the spice of life, as they say. |

I took my precious time to read every post here because I was genuinely intrigued by the topic and what people had to say. I was also trying to think of an answer so I stalled on the reply. And no, I still don't know.
Does unlimited extra time mean you live forever too? o___o I don't think I would want to live forever honestly, it would eventually become a burden. But methinks you didn't mean that to go along with the unlimited extra time. Idk. I know whatever I would choose, it wouldn't be tangible because what's the point? I'd say maybe God's spirit, but I guess that's kind of already the case with an infinite God, right? Maybe joy. Joy can be there during good times and bad and it's contagious. So if I had infinite joy I could help people just by being around them. I would almost go with wisdom but it might drive me mad. So I guess joy since Mynamescox44 took love already. Of course, the first thing that comes to mind for me, as is probably the case for most people, is to have an unlimited supply of money, since that could equate to just about anything that you ever wanted. But we can't have that, according to the rules, so it looks like yours truly is going to have to get creative. (See 'let's get creative!' and 'Let's all agree to never be creative again!') Actually, speaking of that, creativity's a good one, since I'd be able to probably get rich off of that and come up with a solution for just about anything. Unfortunately, issues with this would likely involve short attention span, brain being ridiculously muddled with ideas, and probably just not good in general. The second thing that came to mind for me was puppies, just because I absolutely love puppies, but there's only so many of them that I can handle, so I'll veer away from that direction, too. Also food, for obvious reasons, since I like being somewhat healthy. I think that my final answer would have to be discipline, actually. I've got some issues with this, and with an unlimited supply of discipline, one could focus and complete tasks much more efficiently, which I've got a problem with, because I'm lazy to be honest. I could get done what I had to get done and be settled for the rest of the day. Unlimited Food. Yeah having unlimited time is great, but with unlimited time that means you'd be indefiently bored and trying to new things to spend your hours. Having unlimited food would be all in 1..Meals every day and night, not having to spend gas or money to get to the store, don't have to go anywhere. Etc. I would say either chocolate or health. For chocolate I get to eat ones I never got too and I would enjoy it a lot. For health I know I am not the healthiest person but as you would know I was born with mental health problems, and would like none of that. But, as people always say to each their own right? So I take the chocolate option lol since it would be a lot more easier to deal with. Plus you know my love for chocolate. I would eat it when I can not gulping it down so fast. I would savour the time to know the chocolate well. XD |

Oddly enough, I can't seem to want anything unlimited (materialistic at least). Only thing that I can think of wanting to have without measures is my family. Other than that, I don't really feel like I want anything unlimited. At first, I thought of Twinkies...but, ah I'd be so tired of them in no time lol. |

yoshirulez! : I'm with you. I read all these posts where you kids all stay up late to play video games because you're awake.
I can't remember a time when I wasn't tired. It's been years since I thought, "Wow, I'm well-rested." I'll take infinite number of minutes between 4:45 am and 6:00am so I can catch up on my I barely have time to socialize with my friends and I sometimes forget I'm married because I see my wife in passing. If I could have an unlimited supply of one thing it would be a raw material like Diamonds or platinum simply because I could sell them off at will for cash and basically control the worlds money by doing so. The cash exchange for diamonds and or platinum would leave me a very rich man and with money comes anything I desire. |

If I could have an unlimited supply of any one thing for myself, I would probably choose extra "time" as well, but unlike Mohammedroxx3's type of extra time, I would choose the kind of extra time that means you do get to live forever until you get yourself killed [the kind where the time on my physical body is stopped but I would still be able to function and almost(?) pass for a normal human being]. Certainly, most people would think of this as a burden and think they would get bored of life quite quickly/easily, but I've never been bored in my life so I think this would suit me well. As for what I'd do with my extra time, how about everything? There are so many dishes under the sun that I would love to try without consequence, so many things to do that I'll just list one example (travel into outer space without damaging the body), so many people to meet and enjoy life with (even if it's just to sit outside on the porch and enjoy some nice drinks together while watching the sunset), so many books to read (gotta read them all!), so many Pokémon to create (you thought I'd say catch didn't you? =P ), so many things we have yet to learn that will require living until we're at least 1,000 years old to see what the end result of our choices were (e.g. genetically engineered food), and so many things that need to be learned, understood, and recorded before I leave this place.
In other words, it's sad but true. My curiosity knows no bounds. One could pretty much say that how I would spend my time if I was a vampire-like being from Twilight would be completely different from how Edward spent his time (repeating the same grade over and over has got to be one of the most boring things imaginable -.-0 ). I'd likely do what Dr. Cullen was doing, except I probably wouldn't have any friends that could stay with me for very long unless someone else also chooses to have "extra time" in the same way as me. I don't think choosing this is quite the same as choosing immortality because even if I stay youthful and healthy and don't need to worry about the degeneration of my cells, something could still fall on me one day and I'd end up splat just like anyone else. Things like that would probably be what I'd have to watch out for, but other than that, I could continue with my research without worrying too much. So yes, I'll still act like a human being, but I would probably be moving a lot to conceal my real age (think Age of Adaline) and might have a tough time trying to keep new friends around. When I first saw this question, I thought about unlimited extra lives, but then I thought that would sort of be like having extra time. Then I thought about unlimited extra chances but then I realized that if the result for something would be too difficult or impossible to change due to "fate" or "destiny" Spoiler: , then having extra chances would sort of be pointless for me, unless I somehow end up in a situation like that of Neo in The Matrix. Therefore, until I think of something better/more suitable for me, I'll go with my type of unlimited extra time. (think along the lines of what happened with Mayuri in Steins;Gate) In other words, it's sad but true. My curiosity knows no bounds. It I could have an unlimited supply of something, I think I'd choose to have unlimited dry and wet cat food. Cat food can get pretty expensive, and sometimes I worry I'm not going to be able to afford it. Sure, human food is expensive and I could wish for an unlimited supply of that, but, when it comes down to it I could always find a way to get food for myself. My cats fully depend on me to feed them, so if they run out that's it, they can't just go over to a friends house and go "hey I have no food, can you spare some?" Yeah dry and wet cat food seems like a good choice. Honestly maybe just unlimited cat stuff in general if that's allowed, so I can throw litter in there too. Litter is also expensive as heck. That's a really good question. Money is the obvious answer, but since you've removed that as an option, I'll probably go with diamonds. That way I can sell them for unlimited money. Yay for loopholes! |

For me it would have to be time. There's never enough time in the day to do what I want or to get all of my work done. Or even to get enough |

I would have say cars. That way, when I get tired of whatever I'm currently driving, I can get a new car, with all the new bells and wistles, and the nicer looks. |
