This was actually really heartwarming. Did you come up with this yourself, or did you find it somewhere? Either way, I think it has a wonderful message, and I think it's a beautiful.

Thanks, this was a good way to end my day on a high note right before I go off to bed.

You always come up with something that is amazing. I know I haven't been reading much of what you do. Its not as if I don't want too its because you've already perfected that area. I'm now remembering of the past how you started off with this. And asked me for advice for the best way to go into doing any ideas of work you come up with. Good job like always Kim.

This is an amazing story. It reminds me to be grateful for the people in the world (such as my close friends) that accept me and everyone else for who they are, no matter their culture, race, interests, etc. The visuals in the story helped me enjoy it even more and get more out of it  It also makes me think about how much I'd like to make friends with people of other cultures.

I only have one friend who's African-American and I don't get to talk to him much, but I have a close friend who is Chinese and might have different religious beliefs than me. Many of my friends don't share my religious beliefs but there are some that do. I have a great variety of types of people in my friend circle but I'd like to keep expanding it before I graduate from high school so I can go out into the world and be more understanding of others

This is a great little story. I love the overall message, and couldn't agree with it more. It'd be nice if more people could feel this way about this kind of stuff, though to be fair, I think the world is slowly getting there (at least the best we can).

I think someone said this already, but this should definitely be made into a children's book if nothing else. It would be a best seller for sure

NintendoFanKimmy : Wow! That's even more impressive then! I'm happy you came up with the story, and that you decided to share it with all of us. Now if we can just pull that off in real life, getting along and not trying to kill each other all of the time, I feel like the world would be a much happier, safer, and in general better, place for us all to live and coexist together, instead of separately.

Congratulations on your newest achievement: giving me multiple personalities.

Eirinn #1 Likes this because it's silly and funny.

Eirinn #2 likes it because it isn't silly or funny at all, but quite deep and allegorical, and he agrees with it's message.

Eirinn #3 is a crabby butt and dislikes it because it's allegorical and teaches an idea he couldn't disagree with more.

EDIT: What the heck??? How did I summon David without typing his name at all?? O_o I literally typed a whole post and half was cut off and replaced by a David summon. -__- Vizzed board hates me.

Eirinn : maybe i've unintentionally conveyed more than one message with this story! i've already got some of my friends guessing at things and they're pointing things out i never even noticed O_o. if you don't mind me asking, what is this idea you couldn't disagree with more?

Ehhh...if you don't mind I'd rather say in PM so we don't get a whole mess stirred up here (because trust me, it would happen. )

Also I promise I had a nice post that said a lot of good things about the story but Vizzed did whatever the juice it did to it and now it's just a P summon for David and why Vizzed????

But yeah, I did like the story. There's a lot of truth when applied properly. And that's the great thing about allegorical writing: if the writer doesn't say what they're talking about it can be taken in so many ways that apply specially to each reader.

A really great job Kimmy. ^^

I really loved the grey colored gradients and simple style. The simplistic style, and how it tells a story! The message is very very real, and even reflects my own thinking a lot in some ways.

I was talking to Bombchu link about it. (My brother.) And how our generation. (millennials) It's like we're softer than our parents generation and get blamed for a lot of stuff, but the worlds current condition isn't our fault. It's actually the fault of our parents and grandparents. We may have to fix it and deal with the mistakes that they made, but they can't blame the next generation when we don't even have political influence till age 18, which is when we can vote. (And if they hate the school system so much for indoctrinating people, why haven't the last two generations absolutely torn apart such a said system?) It's hypocrisy. But at the same time we have much to be thankful for to our parents and grandparents. I know my parents were a lot different from other adults their age in America, that's why they homeschooled and did a lot of other neat things. (I love doing ancient research on human civilizations before the modern era. You know I love any research regarind the ancient cultural history of humanity.) ^^

The only think I don't agree with is how children can start to realize the issues. . . because well. . . I think we fall into exactly the same traps as our parents at times. I mean, they decide our school curriculum ect, what we're taught about faith, and even what you look up on the internet is research compiled by other adults. But a new generation does bring the possibility of positive change.

In Hebrew thinking, it's said that our job is to bring the world back to the state it was in the Garden of Eden. In fact technology is commonly associated as part of the cure for this dying world. In the end, I think the real key is being reconnected with truth, logic, and morality. The moral code that many cultures have remembered and. . . kindof forgot over time. (And now we have things like goat marriage and worse. Yay.)

So yeah, that's my thinking. I don't completely agree with the message, because I think the core to fixing this world is not about just accepting other ideas and interpretations, but really looking for the truth. (And. . if your colorblind. . . can you even imagine colors? ) I mean, truth is truth, regardless of what you want it to be.

And if you don't know what the truth is? There are two options!

1. Find it.

2. Admit you don't know what it is and be okay with that.

People who go around trying to put the truth in your face all the time may not want to actually help humanity. In fact they may just want control. And then there are the energetic naive do-gooders who don't realize that even though they mean well, they're annoying. (And often uneducated.) So yeah, you've triggered a larger post from me. But that's a good thing. XD

Thanks for making this and I hope you keep it up. Good luck to you in the future. ^^

(By the way were you using Paint.net?)

Eirinn :

What happened? Were you typing in like. . . another thread or something? I mean, I've seen some weird glitches on Vizzed, but if you suddenly had part part of your post replaced with something else. . . boy, that's weird.

But I thought color blind people see more than black/white/shades...I mean my brother is color blind and can easily tell the differences between colors usually. Also how do they know honey or gold is yellow? ;~; How would they even know what yellow even looks like? Still good story lol.

TheJmsGamer : i think there are different types of color blindness but yeah i realized the technical flaws in this story before i even started writing it. still went on ahead because it's not supposed to be logical; the main point is that it's mainly an indirect metaphor about religious diversity and acceptance haha

Sword legion : Sorry I forgot to reply to this: I only had this one tab open. I hadn't even typed David's username recently. No idea what happened. ._. I can't think of a logical explanation at all. Feel free to share one with me if you can think of one. Lol

Sorry, didn't mean to spam your lovely story Kimmy.
