I'm not sure if there is a thread like this one made if not please close this one. The question is basic and simple. How much water do you drink in a day? I know I have very hard time drinking water so usually I have like this big long bottle in my room to drink it out from and then refill it whenever I need to. So its easier that way to drink water. Usually when I am really thirsty I drink like half of my bottle or more in one go. Usually I won't be able to drink much but still drink what I can. What about you guys? Do you drink from a bottle glass cup or normal cup? And how much water do you drink?

How much water I drink depends on where I am during the day. For instance, when I go to school, I BARELY drink water. On the other hand, when I just stay home, I drink water all the time, maybe one glass every hour, so like 8 or more glasses a day.

I drink around s venue or eight Red Solo cups of water a day, however much water that is. 

I only drink Earth2O spring water as mist water that comes from bottles is poorly filtered tap water, and at least spring water bottles have some percentage of spring water.

The idea is to check and see if the bottle comes from a non municipal source of water.

You're supposed to divide whatever you weigh in pounds by half, and drink that number of ounces of water every day (or whatever that is in metric, for those of us reading from elsewhere), more if you work hard or if it's really hot. I'm supposed to drink a minimum of a half gallon every day, and I think I've only managed that a couple times. I mean, if I'm drinking that much water, where is the food supposed to go....?

The water it makes you to go to the toilet like every hour, and makes you to flush anything that is in your stomach. This is if you drink a lot of water though.  People have the most flexible of ways of handling water to their liking apparently. '-'

I try my best to drink at least 3 16 ounce bottles of water. I am trying to improve on drinking more water since I love having a sweet tooth for sweet drinks. Luckily I have cut off my diet from soda a lot over the years since I used to be a big soda addict. Now I drink soda once or twice a month these days. If I don't crave for water, I at least boil water for my milk tea without sugar to replace it normally.

Yeah it is my best to try. I am one of the few in my family to not have diabetes which is a good thing. I am trying my best not have any problems with my body on long terms and this is a good start.

Also depends on the day for me. Typically if I'm out and about I'll drink more water than if I just stay home all day. Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
