So, I kind of got off topic in  thread I have in Geezer Corner about drinking, bowling, and a few friends.

Cyro Xero : And we hung out a few times, either grabbing breakfast or going go karting. I think we went to the casino on my 21st birthday, too. 

Other people make plans, but never follow through on them for whatever reason. And some of these plans are just bad ideas. XD 



So, have you ever made any plans that have to do with Vizzed or meeting anybody from the site in some kind of way that are just sure to go wrong? XD 

Local Mods : I put this thread here in General Chat instead of Crazy House because I didn't want it to get spammed up. If you think it belongs somewhere else, then please correct my blunder. 

If I find my computer on when I return from a very long night, I might get in here to do... things. If I was a regular poster, and maybe if I drink a little more than I usually do, I could do some serious damage to the eyes of whoever dared to read my posts.

I would love meeting someone from this site, but as far as I know, only one more user shares my nationality. I wish we could be more, but English is one of our country's weak spots.

EX Palen : Yes you're right, but this isn't a obstacle, I speak with members of the vizzed community and all are good people, for example, Retrogamingninja, Earthwarrior, Mrfe... I don't speak too much with MysteriousPanzer, but I think hes a good man too .

P.S.: I met with 20 or more members of my guild in WoW, but here I think need more time to met someone xD.

Anyway, I found out that lilythetigerkitty lived in the same city as me and we talked about meeting and hanging out for a while.

One day I went to NYC to see a screening of an anime movie and told her on Skype. The conversation went like this more or less: "Anime movie. NYC. Meet me there."
To my surprise, she actually showed up.

vanelan : Interesting. zanderlex lives up there I think. How did that turn out? I'm dying to know. XD 

thing1 : There were a few occasions where we were talking about meeting and he cancelled.
Apparently, we were at NY Comic Con on the same day and didn't know it.

I live quite far away so I doubt I can join you.

thing1 : I see a lot NintendoFanKimmy. Why? We're obviously cousins . I now rarely see my best friend in real life, gamevizzed. If only I could meet other Vizzed members!

Thankfully, I live millions of miles away and in a totally different dimension from most Vizzed members, so I never have to worry about meeting up with any of you.

The closest to a disaster meeting that I've ever had was probably when I had plans to meet up with this girl (who I won't name) who lived in Massachusetts. She got the totally wrong idea about my intentions, and when I confronted her to clear up her misconceptions, she freaked out, and tried to turn pretty much everyone against me.

I had just planned on hanging out with her, and just chilling out.

She wanted more.

In all seriousness, this thread seems to have turned into a 'how close are you to vizzed people' thread, and experiences with them

The closest person to me (to my knowledge) is Darthdaishi, who lives probably less than half an hour away. Other people nearby me include Galacta (same state, not too close tho), poke x, and apparently Sauron.

Good 'ole sunshine state.

The only vizzed person I've ever met is Terrina (my sister). I remember we met one time, horrible idea.

(probably should clarify, I'm teasing. We get along well)

Barathemos lives in the same house as me, so there's that. Other than that, I learned from him that MattyIce used to work just down the road from where we live, but I've never actually met him. I don't live near any other people from vizzed, so I haven't really had the chance to think of any ridiculous things to try with them, especially consitering the fact that I'm only 17 and still don't own a car. But hey, maybe some day.

Hidden Phantom : Wait, you are Bara live in the same house? Are you brothers or something. I never knew.. 

thing1 : yeah, we are. He doesn't like telling people. I could never imagine why.

Barathemos : I know you and MattyIce have been trying to work out a get together for awhile now. MattyIce hasn't mentioned anything to me on Facebook where you talk some. I take it you guys got something set up then? Or did ya'll already meet up? 

thing1 : Nope we haven't gotten anything set up with me in school and all, but we should be able to come up with something sometime soon. 

Barathemos : Oh yeah... school is about to get out for the summer, isn't it? I forgot about that... I shouldn't be surprised, though. The pool at my apartment is open, and when we lived in Georgia, I always knew that summer was close because this was about the time that we started getting ready for our yearly vacation to Panama City Beach. 

Well, that and David's staff apps say as much.
