I was recently playing Smash for Wii U when I thought it'd be nice to hold a competition for all of the new Fighters, so this is it. This list is to show which of the characters that are new to the roster would possibly be most people's main. I'd of add Mii Fighters, but they're their own separate thing from the actual fighters and you can't play them on Online Battles. So go ahead and choose who you like the most or who you think is the better contender.

TheAdventurer : Megaman! Are you kidding! He's like a mini transformer! Megaman is totally awesome. His buster can rival Samus' blaster. He's bringing some new colors to the game. Why, I think he is the most eligible and awesome character to hit the super smash bros series.

I wouldn't say he is the best by a long shot, but Alph Bowser Jr. is fast becoming one of my mains. His Up B can make for a great surprise, plus he's far from harmless while in the air thanks to the hammer. His aerials are decent too, and his up smash covers his weakness well (His actual body, as opposed to the clown car). Far from the best newcomer, but one I've had the easiest time picking up.

I personally have been using Robin as my main. I loved Fire Emblem Awakening so when I saw that he/she was in the game I instantly said that's the character I want to use. Robin is hard to use against fast characters but I hope to get better so I can stand a chance against them.

I already main Shulk, and he has a great counter move, and his Monado Arts are good. Buster right as soon as someone spawns to rack up damage, Smash to knock them off afterwards, and Shield to protect you when you get high in percentage, even Jump and Speed to run away while Shield regenerates.

If I had the game, it would probably be either Greninja or Megaman. I've seen people playing them and they look like they would fit one of my two default playing styles, so I could probably make a go of it with either of them. Iiiiif I managed to stay alive long enough. I am notoriously bad at games like Smash when I play against anyone besides a computer.

Besides that, before Smash 4 was released I was interested in trying out Greninja. Timing his moves was a little tricky for me at first but I got use to it overtime and he became one of my mains. When I want to get down and dirty I go straight to Megaman to blast my opponents away.

I was interested mainly in Bowser Jr. Because, really, I knew he was going to come eventually. I was eager to see his moveset, and I adored him and his moveset when the game came out. When the 3ds version came out, I was extremely excited to see how Shulk would be as a fighter because I love Xenoblade Chronicles. Unfortunately though, he turned out to be one of my least favorite characters to play as... I haven't really been using any of the newcomers. I've been mainly sticking with Sonic and at times Captain Falcon and Mario.

   The only one of the newcomers that I've really adapted as a main has been Lucina, even though I don't play all that well with her currently, compared to my other mains. I like to play around with plenty of them, but Lucina's the only one I've really put time into at this point.

I play Greninja a lot because it is a very fun character to play as, plus it's really good. Fast, strong, basically a Pokemon version of Sheik (of course with a different moveset). I've been playing Little Mac the most even though my main is Gannondorf.  Mac may be bad in the air but on the ground, he's almost unstoppable.  Plus his KO punch is too viscous.
