I always joke that cheese is one of the few things that tastes good with EVERY food.  (Yes, even deserts.  Although some might call it cheating, what about cream cheese?  Not good enough....?  Well there ARE lots of sweet cheeses, believe it or not!)

I hate that cheese is so high in calories and expensive, because otherwise I'd eat it all day long.

What is your FAVORITE kind of cheese?  And what do you eat it with?
What's your least favorite, and what's the worst way to have it?

I have a hard time picking myself, but it'd be a choice between pepperjack, swiss, feta, and havarti.  (oh my!)  I love having all three on any type of cold sandwich.


I HATE bleu cheese.. Just ew! Why the heck does ANYONE eat it?!?!  My husband got me this hot wing style pizza the other day and forgot to ask them to swap the bleu cheese for feta cheese.  I think I'm convinced that using bleu cheese as a pizza topping is one of the biggest faux pas anyone can commit.

Bleu cheese. MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! And I'm completely serious. Have you ever had it on steak? While it certainly doesn't go good with every food, it can really spruce up a steak or a burger. I love bleu cheese.

My second favorite is asiago. That with cashews puts me in heaven. It's sooooo good! But it's been a while since I've had it.

Singelli : I have to agree with you, I never really had blue cheese before (bleu or whatever you call it), because I have the same mindset on that to, it just doesn't really sound that good, and I have smelled that cheese and it it's to appetizing.

If I have to pick my favorite, it has to be Pepper Jack and Cheddar cheese, the reason why I like those cheeses, I have grown up eating those cheeses, and I do eat a lot of Mexican foods, so any Mexican cheeses I really like the most,.
My 2nd most favorite is Italian cheeses, like Mozzarella, Parmesan, Asiago, and all of them.

I too love cheese. 
To narrow down my favorite to just one type of cheese is quite difficult. I like smoked Gouda a lot it is nice and creamy and has a great taste. I also really like Jarlsberg a Swiss cheese that has great nutty flavor to it.  There are just so many good cheese out there.
However that being said there are cheeses that I don't like and the number one offender for me would have to be Brie. I cant make it past is rind of white mold and if I did maybe I would like the inside but my opinion is to really enjoy a cheese you have to like the whole cheese.

My favorite cheese is probably swiss cheese. It has an odd taste to it, almost sweet. When my mom buys swiss or mozzarella, I like to take the block of cheese, cut a big chunk off, and eat it. I would bet that I eat it plain more often than on a sandwich. I also really love asiago and parmesan for their strong, delicious taste. My mom always gets mad at me for sticking my hand in the package of shredded parmesan.

Cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan. I haven't eaten any cheese apart from those ones. I had burger cheese before. Because of how it was. It made me to vomit so I don't like that one.

Man, I am a cheese lover. I wouldn't eating it and gaining weight from it at all. I love swiss cheese, American cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and the options are just endless. I think that cheese is one of the foods that I consider as food art ingredients and toppings for anything.  

Oh no! I have no Idea! I love so many kinds of cheese, both deli and store. I love sprinkle cheese, sliced cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, cottage cheese, Cheesecake, swiss cheese, baby swiss cheese, habenero cheese (its a hot cheese), cheddar cheese colby jack. Provolone, Cheese sticks. Oh...I love them all! But especially the cheese its!

I have a few.

The commonly known ones would be Pepper Jack and Provolone. I love to eat pepper jack in quesadilla (weird I know), as well as on this sandwich that I make that is very good. Provolone because I eat it on almost all my sandwiches except for the one mentioned before...and other things I can use it on hehe.
I also love feta cheese, brie cheese, and most goat cheeses. There is no reason other than that they are delicious, and light. 
I have this chicken tortilla soup recipe I use that's completely paleo, however I've added feta cheese to it because it makes it taste better(in my opinion.)
I tend to eat Brie cheese and Goat Cheeses with thin crackers. Or just the cheese by itself. Depends on my mood haha. 
Obviously cream cheese is good too! I eat that on my bagels, jalapeño peppers, celery, by itself, green onions....just well a lot of things haha.

I can't stand bleu cheese. Never have been able to, and never will. I tried it once...didn't realize what it was until the lady told me. I almost cried it was so gross haha. 

So many cheese to choose from... I want to say cheesecake but that's just dumb lol

My favorite cheese would be bleu cheese... provolone. Provolone is great on my sandwiches and subs and is way more subtle than other cheeses. I'm not saying that the other cheeses are bad, just not as great as provolone

I really like Parmigiano Reggiano, mozzarella, Gouda and Emmentaler. Of all these cheeses, I probably eat Gouda the most (and some other similar old cheeses), I don't eat parmesan and mozzarella that much unless we eat pasta or pizza, and I only eat Emmentaler on vacations (since most hotels and bed & breakfasts have them).

I too, am a lover of cheese, and I'm really not picky about what kind of cheese I eat. Except jalapeño.
My favourite would probably either be dubliner, blue cheese or feta.
With all of them, I just flat out love how they taste, even if they don't go with much (Feta on Pulled Pork sandwiches are a favourite of mine, though)

My favorite kind of cheese would have to be Pepper Jack because it has I nice spicy kick to it and I like spicy things so yeah that's why.

I'm don't like eating cheese plain, but I love it when it's on other food. When I get a sub I ask for american cheese because I do :p I also love string cheese. I like to rip off little strings to eat it, but not whole XD 

Never keep cheese with crust next to me (mostly brie) or it will disappear right away! I usually prefer the milder kind; I need the appropriate wine if it's too strong.

I also enjoy bleu cheese, although I prefer its taste with food (in vinaigrette, sauces). I find its "natural" taste to be too salty - I found out about it lately when an old batch of mozzarella sat for too long in the fridge. The taste was good (and my stomach accepted it well) but much too salty

Colby Jack is my favorite kind of cheese. My parents bought it at a store and I've been putting it on my turkey-and-cheese and ham-and-cheese sandwiches

My favorite kind of cheese is definitely American cheese because it's the best kind of cheese for cheeseburgers and grilled cheese. I always have and always will love American cheese. The only other one I really care for is pepper jack.
