If you can have any pet you want it can be real or fake from video games, books,tv or movies if you want you can even make your own fake pet but explain what it will look like. 

If I could have any pet I would want a pet rapture so no one will ever mess with me or I would have a dragon so I will never have to pay to go anywhere I could just fly.

If I could have any pet I wanted, I think I would really want to have pokemon as pets, or just to have them in general, I think that would be awesome...I would enjoy each and every day...if it were a reality though I would want to have dragon type pokemon as well as a few normal types, or any of my other favorite pokemon, I would want dragons because they are fierce and they would provide great protection from anything, including most pokemon (except those blasted fairy types)

I would definitely choose a Pokemon as a pet if I could. Probably an Eevee or a Torchic. Then I could raise it all the way to a Blaziken, or if it was an Eevee to whatever I want it to be. Pokémon would be really cool as pets, I would love to have a Hoppip, a Sentret or a Hoothoot. 
Dragons are cool as well, I wish I could get one that would be able to control its flames.

I would love to have a Husky and German Shepard mix. 2 very athletic dogs, mixed into 1? And they are both extremely protective? Just what I need. They are both easily tried to be service dogs, too, and I might end up needing one for my back.

I can't help but giggle at those of you who mention Pokémon who have body parts MADE OF FIRE.  I don't care how cute they are... I would NOT want those around me or in my house. XD

I was going to say a fennec fox or an ocelot.... but you guys have opened up a world of possibilities by including fake creatures. Just great.... exactly what I need: more choices! LOL

I'd probably pick a dinosaur of some type, though there are an awful lot of cute Pokémon, too.  I wouldn't want anything dangerous though, no matter how cool it looked. I also wouldn't want anything that was huge or difficult to take care of. Two cats is already a hassle in real life.

I would also like to have a Pokémon as a pet too. I would love to have an Eevee, I'll evolve it into a Espeon and name her Ruby cause of the jewel that is in the center of it's head.

I would want either a crow, giraffe, or hummingbird. They are all exceptionally amazing animals, and I would love to be able to have one as a great companion. Where I would have the giraffe roam is beyond me, but it would still be nice seeing one all the time.

The pet I would love to have the most would be a Eurasian Lynx if I knew it wouldn't kill me while I sleep or have my back turned. I just love those wild cats, my fursona is part this species actually. I just find their ear and cheek tufts so cute! Second on my list would be a Poro, not a reindeer poro (forgot what language 'poro' means reindeer in), but the Poro found in LoL. Their little white balls of fur with huge eyes and even bigger tongues. Their horns vary in size but I would want one with little horns. Third on the list would be the Pokemon Vulpix. In terms of cuteness Vulpix ranks first on my list of cute Pokemon.

This messes with my mind. Just one? If i I were to ask for a pet from a video game it would probably have to be a Luxray since it is one of my most favorite pokemon ever. But if we were talking about real pets, it would be a Siberian Husky because i have always wanted one since i was small.
