Another week has passed by in the Minecraft Server, and this week has sure seen a whole lot do in both the Open World and the Genrody world. In the Vizzed Ville and the other islands, they have been a little bit of changes here and there as well.

For the contest for week 3, we had the "Best Pixel Art" competition where you make the best pixel art of any sprite from the games on Vizzed in which Quhark has won in. Also, for this week, we have started the "Best Redstone" competition You can read more about it here, We got cash / Viz / MViz prizes in stake, so, if you want to a chance to win it, follow the link above.

If it's your birthday, I have added in the server last week that if it's your birthday on the server and you have been a member for at least 30 days, you'll be getting a free cake item, and 5,000 MViz to your account, just let me or the Local Mods know that it's your birthday and you'll get the cake and the MViz.

If you still don't know on how to gain Mviz, just send the Local Mods a PM (The link above is where you can send the link to, and if you don't remember on how much between Viz and Mviz, it's 1 Viz = 1 MViz.

Be sure to check out all the unique things that's created in the server, like interesting building, interesting sprite arts, and a lot of other interesting things, plus also going into the Genrody to battle mobs and mine for materials with others, it's really fun to try out

Edited the portals to the Nether and Genrody in Vizzed Ville Town square from blue glass panes to water

Opened up the Stronghold in Genrody for the public

A brief list of plans for the upcoming week:
Finish up all the Main Stores (The Admin Shops)
Start having events at the Battle Arena
Finishing up the Bomberman Arena with Bomberman skins to use

I think that there should be a new rule to the open world, leave some room between your pixel art and someone else's. If you look in the picture, there is a light blue yoshi, and another pixel art in front of it (literaly right in front of it) and I'm not sure what exactly it is, and it makes it hard to get a good look of it.

IgorBird122 : For the top down view pics, could you post pics from the other side of the islands as well, I haven't once been able to see my house because of the fog.

bigger0gamer : I was thinking the same thing as well, because I see it that a lot of the pixle art in the Open world are so cramped together and it's really hard to see, I think that we'll start a new rule that you need at least 16 blocks (1 chunk) in between pixel arts. I'll chat with David on this rule, but I think this rule needed to be added.

IgorBird122 : Well, if one chooses to have there own pixel art close to each other they should, and would save some people time (like quhark's work), and a whole chunk is just a little excessive. maybe like 7 - 10-ish. And I just would like the rule because someone started a huge pixel art 3 blocks in front of my smaller one.

bigger0gamer : That's what I said, wait as soon on what me and David can agree on, and if we come up with something, we'll let you all know.

It'd be hard to enforce a new rule for the pixel art because most users probably wont see the new rule. I think it is odd that users decided to place their pixel art all right next to each other when there's like 1000s of blocks to the left and right to place pixel art. I envisioned pixel art stretching the distance of the long island where you could see it all from the newly created monorail I made.

Anyways, if someone makes pixel art and doesn't want users to place pixel art in front of their own, than you should claim as much land in front of your pixel art as you can.

Davideo7 : Yeah, that would look awesome, but I think people are being a little narrow minded and thinking they can have they're art in that one area only. And do keep render distance in mind, some people would have to go out there to see some of it, if they can at all. My desktop to home I play with a 2 chunk render distance. (And that takes too many claim blocks, but I guess I get wool. Hope who put that thing in front of my yoshi won't get mad. LOL)

My magnificent tower can't be contained by the likes of a photo.

Is there, by any chance, progress in being able to bring mobs (mostly friendly) back to the towns. I have found and contained some mobs with hopes of bringing them back for breeding.

Great update! 

It's really too bad that the pixel art isn't all that visible, as mentioned. While there's still not -that- many, maybe we can come up with a true, lasting solution. Perhaps side-by-side buyable plots that are only a block or two thick? Or maybe a line of obsidian across the open world on which the pixel art should be built? Hmm. 

I love the birthday update and I had a bunch of fun exploring and fighting mobs with mrfe in the stronghold. Good thing I only have a week of exams left, after which I'll be fully back in action.

I really gotta get online more. I was around when Iggy Land was still flat, with only the shop built, and now there's so much to explore.
