Some of you may have noticed that there's a 3rd island on the Vizzed Minecraft server. This 3rd island is for sale and the buyer of it may do whatever they want with it. They can either make their own lots and sell them at whatever price they want, they can make it their own big lot, almost anything.

Whoever wins the island can tell me whether they want roads and sidewalks on it or if they want just a blank canvas. Whatever you choose though, the fence around it needs to stay up, the bridge connecting to it has to stay up and it cannot lead to the water or any other land source.

The location of this island is West of Vizzed Ville. To find out which direction is West, press the F3 key. Basically it's in the opposite direction that Iggy land is. The island is exactly the same size as Vizzed Ville and Iggy land but the only difference is that you can have it customized to how you want it (for example, as I said earlier, with lots, blank, etc).

Starting Bid: 10,000 Viz

Minimum Bid Increment: 5,000 Viz

End Date: Monday, April 21st at 2 PM Central Time.
