I feel that if you are going to make a poll for the teams, you are going to have to list all of the teams from all of the generations. Its not really fair if you just pick a handful of teams from what, just 3 generations?

 
As for my favorite, I'm going to go with Team Rocket. They are not my favorite team of them all, but I feel that they are much better than either Aqua or Magma. Of course, they are the very first team, so there is nostalgia, but I also think that Aqua and Magma simply, are not that good.

I think everyone who has grown up with Pokemon from the very start would still like Team Rocket because they were the original "bad team." We all seen them fail and Jesse and James's memorable failures have always been the highlight of every moment both in the game and on the show as well. But recently, I watched the newer shows with Jesse and James and I actually miss the clumsy-ness and the stupidity of those characters and the element of Team Rocket still being the bad characters. So I think I'm on the fence when it comes to who is the better bad team in the games series.

I would definitely say Team Rocket however that might also be partly because I haven't played Gen 3 games that much and my favorite Gen which is Gen 2 had team rocket into it.

Another team I like a lot is Team Plasma because it didn't actually have evil intentions (except ghetsis) and it played a big part in the story which I liked a lot and wouldn't mind seeing more.

Zlinqx : I actually dislike pokemon x and y music and team flare :/ i have the game and it was really wasn't a challenge because i beat it in less than 11 hours because it was easy to beat every one and the only real gym leader that gave me a challenge was viola

gamer537 : Well playing it with the exp share off usually makes it a bit more challenging unless you already tried that. The thing that disappointed me in pokemon x and y was the lack of post game content and the soundtrack which while still good can't compare to the bw2 soundtrack.
