I only nickname my strongest Pokemon. The weak ones I just keep their original names. The strong ones get names like Devastator or Abrams and the really weak ones I nickname Puny or Tiny.

Nope, mostly because I can't really think of anything cool or creative to name my pokemon like some people can. Plus I would much rather just get right to the action rather than waste time trying to brainstorm a nickname for my pokemon. Even if they are one of my best or strongest pokemon that I use a lot, I still don't give them a nickname because I find it to be rather pointless, but that is just my opinion.

I pretty much do half and half, keep some of the names original and other ones I will just make strange names or random letters together. Never really cared if they were named or not, just depends if I liked their original name or not.

I never nickname my Pokemon. I can never think of a nickname and if I could I still probably wouldn't name it. When I was young, around the time the Pokemon games first came out, I nicknamed them all the time though (normally really dumb names).

my Pokemon will be a mix of pikachu and eevee it will be called pikavee. it has the power to morph and lighting bolt too, so if someone is dead but there power is out just turn into that dead person and put the electric back on. so problem solve, and that's why I would name my own Pokemon.

I personally like their real names and don't enjoy nicknaming them I get attached to my team either way. I only started nicknaming my Pokémon because of doing nuzlocke runs which does make them better overall but take out the other rules and I wouldn't nickname really

I also have a very poor sense of humour so sometimes I like to give them stupid names such as Squirter for Squirtle and Poopy for Poochyena hue hue hue best joke ever.
