Pretty self explanatory, do you like racing games or war games more? I like racing games more, but it is pretty close.

Racing by a...well...this.

Wow, this is an extremely hard decision. Racing games are so fun. But it's war that has the true strategical and historical aspects. 

If I want to use my head and have fun, I'll play war games. If I'm tired, I'll play racing games.

But if I had to match them up and choose only one, it would be war. 

I am pretty sure  that A vs B threads aren't allowed anymore if I am not mistaken, so I think it might just be best if I close this. I will ask about it first though. I wouldn't have a problem with this, but rules are rules. 

And racing games are so much better in my opinion, I was never really into war games to begin with, they are all the same thing and I am not interested in them anyway. 

I've gotta go with racing games on this one.  I like some strategical warfare games but as for FPS games you can count me out.  Now a good racing game and I gotta perfect every corner, get every car, upgrade everything, and dominate.

Well I have so say War Games such as Team Fortress 2, Call Of Duty and the Halo series, its just that I pretty much suck at racing games, I'm always last, depends which racing game though. I 've played Forza and failed but when I play Mario Kart I come at least in the Top 3! 

i pick racing games because there is only one good war game that i like and thats halo. because theres game like mario kart sonic drift    that stuff

War games by far. Racing games a little on the boring side for me. War games have more action and has awesome characters. War games win once again.

This is a pretty easy choice for me to make. I would go with racing games every time. 

I can't think of a single war game that I like (with the exception of General Chaos for the Sega Genesis). Maybe if there was a war game that was more appealing to me, or I could relate to I would play more of them but I digress.

I can name a ton of racing games that I love, spanning from as old as Atari 2600 to as new as the Sega Dreamcast. Some times there is nothing better than a good race! 

Until famous video game characters are bunched up into a war game and have to battle it out (that is a really good idea, some one should make that!) war games really can't compete with stuff like Mario Kart or Sonic Drift.

I have been playing racing games since I was 4 or 5 and I still enjoy them up to today. I started off with Gran Turismo for the PS1 and the most recent racing game I own is Forza Horizon and when I get a Xbox One Forza 5 will be one of if not the first game I'll be buying for it.

I know people complain about racing games being the same again and again especially if they are racing simulators like Gran and forza but the thing is they are just addictive for me and the graphics, physics and online just keeps getting better. I don't know how I can ever get bored of this genre.

As for war games I am not too enthusiastic about them. I enjoy FPS' that included war like Halo, one of my favourite game series of all time but tactical war games I am not too much of a fan of. I think the only one I have really enjoyed was Age of Empires. 

Even if I am a massive Halo fan on a whole as a genre it doesn't meet with Racing games, and Halo wars sucked.

Mario Kart vs. Call of Duty?  That's quite easy.  Mario Kart ftw.  I'm not too fond of the FPS genre in general.  Not that I won't play any, but you'd better give me a very good reason before I shell out any cash for one.

It's really close, but I will have to go with Racing for me because I have been playing racing games for many years.

I like racing games better because i grew up playing racing games and i starting playing war games not too long ago.

My favorite is war games in a pretty close race. What I like about them is how good the graphics and gameplay is. I like playing them online and with my brother. They are really cool.

It would be racing games for me as I grew up with that more then war games. And I really love racing games anyway, such as challenge on the ps1, crash team racing on the ps1, rally on pc and more. I grew up with playing a lot of those games, and I would play it with my family. Like a multiplayer kind of thing, and 4 people could play at a time. ^^

I prefer war games. Racing games just seem like the same game, just with different graphics and sometimes different cars.

Racing game is my favorite game like the mario kart, need for speed, etc. Racing games are very hard though you need a good strategies to win it's hard when you're the last in the racing and it upsets me every time I lose because I did everything to win. War games are very harsh and bloody games I think its full of violence and its not appropriate for younger players.

I love both, just i really like to play racing games more. The war games sometimes just make me frustrated, but racing is just (mostly) calm and chill.

This question is rather unfair. I do like each genre on a case by case basis. It all depends on the game. I can enjoy Gran Turismo and Mario Kart, but I cannot enjoy Forza. The same goes for war games. I can enjoy Killzone and Warhawk, but not Call of Duty. I feel as if I like more games in general on the war side of things though... but that is still not a fair judgment because there are far more war games to choose from. I guess I have to choose, and this is purely from a by the numbers standpoint, so I will go with war games.
