Is there any way that you say Thank you, but not by actually saying it? Like a hug, or high five, or even a kiss? 

I high five or fist bump a lot of the times. If a favor was done and it meant a lot to me, I would give hugs. 

Do you do any of these, or maybe even have some sort of secret "thank you language" with your friends (haha)? Morse code-like winks, secret handshakes, all those sorts of things.

Other than just saying thank you, I usually give a high five.  If it's my girlfriend, (If I had one XD) I'd probably give a hug.  And, a kiss to my parents. (Don't judge, I'm 12, lol).

I just usually say thank you or thanks and I politely nod to them. I don't normally hug or kiss people. If it is my mom or something I say thank you and then follow through with a hug, but normally if it is anyone else, I just politely say thank you.

I am just one of those kinds of people that is tight on manners, call me uptight or whatever, but I just find that having proper maners is a very important thing. I am very disciplined and I act proper when needed. Something most kids at my school lack, they are jut uncivil and they all act like jerks and I hate them for that. I do my best to set myself apart from them. So I normally say thank you and then nod. Good thread question by the way.

Well yeah U guess you can say thanks you other than talking . It is not impossible . You can say it by throwing a party and giving presents or just a simply thank you card or handshake

I will sometimes thank someone just by hugging them or a handshake. If it is my wife, well then that is whole different story. I prefer just saying thank you though.

Sometimes I put on a cockney accent and say "cheers", you here this said on a soap drama every episode *cough* Eastenders *cough*.
