I really don't know if there is a thread like this, and how do you check for one. Do you literally go through all threads, or what?

Anyways, what is your favorite First-Person Shooter game? Do you have any recommendations for people looking for ones to play? For me, I have played BeGone, Rush team, and Cs-Portable. They are really fun games that offer nice maps and intense game play (Cs-Portable may be a bit less intense because of all the fun stuff you can do, and it is so fun to troll with smoke grenades too )

I guess my favorite would be Battlefield three dunces the graphics and gameplay is just so flawless.
I suppose it is one of the best FPS out there at this very moment.
Call of Duty Black Ops 2 would be a second though although it isn't nearly as good as Battlefield.

Going to be honest, I do not know if it counts as an FPS or not, but I am a huge fan of Mass Effect.  If that does not could I will have to say the Metal Gear games.  Most FPS seem to give me vertigo but I did okay with those.  lol

I'm not big into FPS and I'm also not sure if it counts but I really like playing portal games, you shot stuff so I think it should count as a FPS. If Portal doesn't count, I also like metroid games! I'm not very good at them but they are pretty looking, and fun to play!

FPS games, huh? I would probably go for Perfect Dark or Battlefield. Both are relatively nice games, with good gameplay for the most part. I seem to enjoy them more than others, even though Halo 3 would be a close third.

I would recommend Portal, but it's more of a First Person Puzzle game. If you don't like puzzlers then I would recommend Team Fortress 2. It's a really good game, free to play too. It's a bit different then most shooters, as in, everyone needs to work as a team if you plan on winning. It's really addicting.
