Today I drank one of those mango and fruit juice boxes from "Naked Juices". It tastes amazing, like always. There was even one time that I drank a full half-gallon bottle of it in one sitting after a running practice in October. I really thought it was a healthy drink, until today.

I read an article about a class-action lawsuit against Naked Juices for ingredients like zinc oxide and derivatives of formaldehyde. I feel a little sick knowing I drank it only a few hours ago and don't think I'll be drinking it for health in the future.

All tasty drinks have something like this, so I'll only drink it for taste and not often.

As of right now I mostly drink either water or tea, milk or some type of juice or sunny D for breakfast.Other than tea, I have been staying away from caffeine as much as possible, I don't really like coffee all that much and I don't see the need to drink it every day, and I only limit myself to having  a soda maybe once or twice a month whenever we go out to eat, (most of the time I order water anyway) other than that there are very few sodas I actually like, and I have been mostly sticking to water and tea some nights for a few months now. I would say I go through about 2+ bottles of water a day.

For soda type drinks, it is always Mountain Dew, I cant stop drinking just regular Mountain Dew. But since I have up soda for lent, I have been drinking water with mio energy. Mio energy pomegranate to be exact

My favourite drink has to be water. Even when I used to drink sodas, I would prefer water over any soft drink in most situations. I'm glad my favourite beverage is also the most healthy, so that's a big plus!

What I drink the most is water. If I'm at a restaurant then I might order an iced tea but I generally only drink water. It doesn't stain your teeth, it doesn't give you a sugar high (and the subsequent crash), and comes out of the tap, unlike juice or pop.
