Well upon seeing/reading a thread where a 2 year member of the board left over the reason of the fact that they couldn't become trusted(they claimed they tried), I'm a little curious to see what others think, about how to become trusted xD(p.s. I don't want to see whatever the official way the rules claim the way is, keeps things interesting ).

I think a member becomes trusted when they are helpful and respectful to others and they are well known and have been a part of vizzed for a while and they are mature and polite. You don't just become trusted by being on vizzed a long time and not doing or contributing anything. You have to be helpful and contribute more to the site and also be well known and trust points are special and are only given to those who deserve them and have earned them for being helpful to members of the board and being a good member. That is what I think one has to do to earn trust points and become trusted, it is a big responsibility for those who can handle it.

honestly....

you become a trusted member by becoming friends with other trusted members. It's rare that people become trusted members by actually contributing to the site before becoming trusted members.

Many trusted members go on to become staff in some capacity but there have been plenty who got it and abused it and lost it.

I think users become trusted by being polite as they can, posting legit post, and follow all the rules. That is when one can become trusted as for myself I am working towards that goal. I also have fun doing it in the process. It is great to see a good big smile on another users face like this . Good luck to the rest who is trying to achieve this as well I hope you make it, and I hope I do to I now bid you fare well. Oh, and being able to be trusted by other users on the board as well .

Guess its about time I shed some light on how I got some trust points in the past, kissed a little ass here and there, made some reviews(both for me and others), said hello to a guy.

Now how to lose them or get negative trust points,being a general jerk well being a ass to people, flaming members , disregarding of rules well breaking them multiple times.

some advice just be nice and respectful to others, kiss up here and there and be friendly to everyone and also helpful when you can and make quality posts(this post is not a quality post by the way). And please above all don't leave the board because you haven't reached the status yet, it will come to you eventually if you work hard at it and try everyday to earn it.

Well I see most users becoming trusted really fast, and I actually did myself. Well you become trusted member, by making some legit post, and following all vizzed rules. Being respectful, and polite to ALL users of this site. Make provable threads, and boom people see how great you are,and acknowledge that skill. Then that is when the trust points start to fly .
