Well, my worst movie theater experience would be in the mall were there is a lot of people talking and yelling during a movie and they would take too much pictures that the whole theater is flashing and once in a while people would spill popcorn.

I've only experience a movie theater only once (when The Simpsons movie came out in 2007), and I have to say, even just that one time, they're a lot of distractions, and now just that, but the expensive food at the theater as well.

I have to say it was "Independence Day."
I loved the movie. Not the Best Movie On Earth. (Typical B-Movie.)
But still...
I had a group of Fat "Thug Want-To-Be's" talking the entire time through the whole thing.
(Why did they get a ticket?)
Keep in mind that the internet just got invented and the only people that critiqued films at that time were Professional Journalists.
I heard nothing but mockery the whole time.
Imagine something similar to people in the stands not rooting for the home team but rooting for the opposition.
That Bad.

(Plus this was not California. Where they make movies. It was North Carolina?)

After the lights came on? Everyone was checking them out.
Nobody got up accept...
Three Fat overweight Bodies still talking up a storm thinking they are the greatest thing in the universe since "Ice-Cream" or something, trying to act "all street" with a 300 lbs of gut on each.
The worst Part?
Opening Night.
It's one thing to hear about this kind of event during the second week or two of a flick.
But Opening Night?
These guys had nothing better to do than ruin everyone's day off?
Ruin an unspoken date-night for many?
Those Large Fools Never Returned to the theatre but I could not imagine what would possess One person (let alone three) to screw up an entire towns night off.
That is my worst night at the theatre.
Thankfully by the time the movie hit "video"? I forgot about all of the rude comments made by the trio of "jagg-offs" by that time, and fully enjoyed the movie for what it was.
There are probably worse events (like the time I actually had to beat the piss out of a dude who spit popcorn seeds at me constantly during "T2".)
But
I imagine the "Independence Day" movie event to be more common.
How about the rest of you?
Good Luck.

Good Luck To All.
I'm done. Stick a fork in me.
Peace.

Well one time we had a full theater because everybody really wanted to see this one movie.
There were kids about my age right behind me.
They were giggling every second diring the movie.
They also all were throwing popcorn at each other.

I used to go to the theatre a lot when I was younger. I loved the theatre, but now it's like they let every kid in just to run around and do whatever they want. Kids laughing and screaming in the theatre running around. I don't even go to the theatre anymore, I just wait til its out for rental.

Worst movie theater experience was when the movie had technical difficulties and basically had no movie to watch(in which case we got a full refund for the ticket AND concessions). Another bad experience or pet peeve of mine when going to theaters are parents lack of judgment with respect to kids. Who brings a 2 year old(or younger) or a very young kid who can't sit still or stay quiet to a movie theater? My parents NEVER went out when I and my brothers were young because they knew better. Do parents today seriously lack common sense?

Hey there! .. How are you? .. I'm great! .

I'm glad this question came up. I'm going to share with you the WORST experience I, and anyone else could experience at the theater.

So me and my friends decided to go to the cinema to watch Transformers: Dark of the Moon. It was an amazing movie, well the parts that I could actually hear and see anyways. There was a group of tourists at one side of the cinema and they were shouting and yelling all over the place in a different language. Everyone started throwing popcorn at them to make them shut up and start watching the movie. But. One of them actually got up off of their seat and started shouting from their seat toward the people that were throwing popcorn. Can you guess where he was standing? .. Directly in front of me. I couldn't hear the movie nor could I see it. I missed out on the most of the movie because of this. And, if anyone knows me well enough, they'll know I LOVE Transformers. Even after the movie they got into an argument with the employees about people throwing popcorn, this meant we couldn't get out of theater until like 30 minutes after the movie ended. The employees just laughed and told us to say sorry. But, I'm telling you, that was an exhausting day,

I was in my teens and my father took me to see "Braveheart" when it came out. It was sort of a small theater and there were some older teens behind us that were a bit older than I was. Sometime in the middle of the movie one of them started to kick my dads seat, repeatedly, after talking out loud during the whole movie. After some time my dad jumped up. Like the fastest I have ever seen him move. Like a panther or something, he was up in quarter of a second, facing this...well you know what hole.

I did not see his face but this guy behind us whimpered  "sorry..." in this really pathetic voice. And then my dad sat down and he did not even utter a word. Not a word through this whole thing that lasted maybe five seconds. He just sat back down, we watched the movie and never spoke of it.

I never knew my dad so well, at least he is not much of a talker but I remember thinking then "hey, this is how you take care of business."

I went to go see Iron Man 3 and this kid kept kicking the back of my chair. I just wanted to turn around and punch him, but I am a mature young adult and I don't do that. But I did imagine myself doing that in my head. I hope I don't have any other experiences like this, or worse.

Yes, there are a lot of annoying things in the movie theater, there was a guy sitting by me one time who had his phone on and in the middle of the movie it went off really loud and it interrupted everything and he answered and kept talking for 10 minutes straight on the phone and I missed that part of the movie because of this annoying distraction. People should really be respectful in the theater, most people don't even turn their phones off. I also don't like it when people have kids and they take them to use the bathroom like 10 times during the movie and they cross through the whole aisle and block everything. They should do this beforehand! So as you can see, I have not had good movie theater experiences.

Worst had to be when I went to see Contagion.
There were 3 people in front of me that would not shut up, wouldn't stop texting (with their terrible really bright screens), and laughing at stuff that wasn't funny..."You're wife is going to die..." "LOL! OMG! YOUR WIFE IS DEAD!"

I don't think I have been to a theater since...

My worst movie theater experience was when I went to see Breaking Dawn Part 2 with my little sister.

The audience was filled with screaming 12 year old girls, the movie had horrible acting, and the ending was terrible.

I honestly yelled "I DIDN'T LIKE ANY OF THAT" at the end of the movie, and I heard every male there chuckle.

RogueWarrior2785 : The only bad experience was being in the theater when watching this comedy that I saw a few years back. Everyone was laughing at all the parts that aren't eve funny. And you couldn't just relax and watch a movie. Noooo, you have to be in a comedy club.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
