Personally, I have digital TV on my main television set. It actually came with my television, which is pretty cool. If I had a choice, though, I would pick satellite television. It comes with hundreds of channels to enjoy.

I currently only have just TV... no analog or anything, just bunny ears on top of my TV to get whatever signals possible. I think I only get like 2 channels... one is news and the other one is PBS.

I have Fios on demand and my tv has like 2000 channels on it that I can enjoy and I can also rent movies on demand for a few dollars in either hd or sd. I like fios because of all of the amazing channels and great service. We rent movies using fios on demand all of the time and they don't cost very much to watch either. The quality of the hd is great and it looks amazing on the super thin 60 inch vizio in the living room, yes there are a few channels it has that cost money and I don't have them, but there are still another 2000 channels to watch from so it is still amazing. So I guess that is either satellite or cable, I think it is cable though.

I have cable TV,and frankly I find it better than any of the options shown, because with satellite if anything blocks the dish or if there is a heavy rainfall or snow the cable does go fuzzy and gets static, with digital cable on some of the HD channels(normally with Cox) the resolution in the pixels messes up  and slightly freezes, and with analog well didn't the government(in the USA) stop transmitting TV with that method or you had to pay extra for it or something. In addition cable is better because no matter what the weather is it almost never picks up static or freezes.

Meh, I have cable which includes digital (obviously) but the tv channels are limited. I wouldn't need to get satellite for mor channels, I'd just upgrade my subscription. My cable company also provides my internet, so I'm paying for that too.

I had direct television once and my service was awful it was very laggy and no service or connection and very expensive. Digital television is good because it is free with the exception the said user bought a converter box, but has so few channels. If you are willing to dish out the dough go dish network but if you can not then get the cheap but standard digital television.
