Well I was looking up why my blue Sega Game Gear will only work when it is plugged in and not with the batteries and I looked at a few sites and all I found was negativity! No help just "Sega sucks" "Sega this Sega that". Most of these sites are Nintendo sites with just a small Sega section but I have seen this over and over. I want you to say something positive about Sega, anything from games, systems, controllers what ever just as long as its positive! I am a Sega man but I don't hate Nintendo just because its not Sega.
Ps if this is in the wrong place please move it for me

I think Sega is a great developer. They made tons of great games, such as Golden Axe, a personal favorite of mine. I also think that the Dreamcast was a great console, and would love Sega to make a new one. I think if they did it would be popular.


Also, the Mega Drive uses Blast Processing; the SNES does not.

Okay, time to be serious, Sega has some really great games for their platforms. I really enjoy playing Sonic, it is a really good game and it was even Sega that made it. They also have some really great Beat em up games.

     I only had Nintendo growing up. So I missed out on pretty much everything except sonic and streets of rage. I've recently started getting into old Genesis games that I missed out on, and I have found some great ones so far.... Gunstar Heroes, Phantasy Star 4 and Shining Force to name a few.

     Also I always heard that Genesis had (for the most part) better sports games than SNES.

I thing Sega is extremely underrated, it might not be as big of a company as Nintendo, but in my opinion, Sega has made better consoles, and games. I like Nintendo, but Sega is just better in my opinion.

I do love the snes.

But I owned a Genesis.

Better sound, great games, willing to let some Japanese craziness through to N. America in the form of really great games.  The only bad thing I can say about the Genesis was the direction pad, it kind of sucked.
But Eternal Champions, Dune, Shadowrun, NHL 94, were all great or superior games.  The game gear was the greatest portable ever, until the DS.  And the Dreamcast was very underrated, unfortunately.  Otherwise there might be a Sega console today.

Oh boy, where to start? The Genesis has some really cool games. I especially like Sonic Spinball, Ristar, and Bonanza Bros. Though Sonic CD was for the Sega CD, it still is as fun as the Genesis games.
