Well I have to say green with this one because if you ever seen the outside layer of a watermelon it's green so I think it should be green as well maybe just maybe it can be red on the inside and green on the outside.

Wow, this is actually a good question, even though watermelon's flavor is really over exaggerated, it should still be pink/red, because the contents of the watermelon is pink/red.
