This is a hard question. I think I would rather a popular spam site. Because if there are barley any posts it can get boring but if it is popular then you would get lots of posts and threads. Also unless the spam is posting a lot of pointless things I can live with the spam.

It is my opinion that if you have a website that's basically nothing but spam people are eventually gonna get sick of it and leave for some other site.
