Happy New Year!  To go along with the new year, most people create resolutions.  What resolutions do you have?  My resolution for this year is to break a 20 minute 5k.  This is a personal goal to me because I run Cross Country and I want to get better.  Happy New Year and, once again, what resolutions do you have?

My resolutions this year are to cut out any processed or GM food out of my diet. I have already cut out almost all boxed/packaged/processed foods and the last remaining I plan to cut out.

I just generally have been making an effort to be more healthy over the past few years, and this will only further that.
