I would have to say Pokémon because that's what I grew up playing although both digimon and yugioh had there ups and down's but didn't catch my eye's as much as Pokémon did

I never really watched Digimon that much because it never really interested me, but Pokemon and YuGiOh, I have seen quite often, and I must say that it's quite close, but overall, YuGiOh wins, because it's story is amazing and I loved collecting the cards on the side, it was better than the Pokemon anime to me, not the Pokemon games of course, though I loved the YGO games, I still feel that YGO is a better anime than Pokemon was.
