The best for me was the Johto season, and the worse was whatever you call the newest one. Although I watched one of the newer ones just to see Volkner, because he's so badass.

I was kind of disappointed by the original Hoenn Pokemon episodes and soon stopped watching it and most cartoons altogether. I like the newer episodes, but I think the the original was the best. So much from those original episodes are glued to the back of my mind, though I've forgotten a lot of the recent stuff.

I liked the first season the best. That was the one that I watched as a kid so I have a biased for that one. Then the worst is the newer seasons. They are just not the same as they were before.

I still say the original series was the best, as was the first movie. S*** got real. Johto was good too-a lot of good Pokemon popped in at that point-and so was the second movie with it. Thank you, Lugia.

After that, things went downhill fast. I haven't seen any of the Black and White episodes, but I stopped watching DP after seeing an half an episode. The one where Dawn was trying to make Piplup evolve. That seemed a lot like when Ash suggested for Pikachu to evolve and Pikachu refused. She was practically straight-up ordering Piplup to evolve.

I too hold a love for the original series, but I think it was still barely clinging until the D/P series came in. Dawn and the overall crappiness of the series ruined it for me. I have yet to see a B/W episode though so I'll have to get back to you on that one

The Battle Frontier ones were certainly epic. Going through all the challenges, battling Frontier Brains... I wish I were better at competitive battling, because I feel like that would make the Battle Frontier and earning BP more fun for me.

The original was the best season because they still had a lot of unique ideas there. The worst season was probably all of D/P because it got so repetitive and spaced out as everyone was waiting for B/W to come out. At least the newest generation is a lot better because it's much faster paced and they finally got rid of Brock (though the person they replaced him with isn't much different).
