Miss, I do like water type pokemon. 
Not my favorite type but at least it's better than fire and useful in-game and in competitive play.

Sadly it is both a hit and miss I don't like to use the masterball if I can avoid it but if it is my only last resort because I don't want to lose the pokemon for good then I'll use it

Hit. The Fairy type is totally OP. It is almost like the Psychic type from Gen 1, it is so hard to stop Fairy types. I don't exactly know what you mean by Steeleon, but I think you are talking about a steel type Eevee evolution. If so, then that is a hit as well.

Hit and miss while I absolutely despise Barry I feel the same way about all the other "rivals" from Gen 5 and 6  as well and the only reason I'm not including Gen 3 on this list is because Wally becomes a decent rival but May or Brandon I also despise. I feel like a rival should be competitive and a jerk someone that's at least tough to beat has a really personality character growth and is someone that makes you want to beat them by knowing that their strong not a static character that wants to be your friend  (sorry for my little rant there)
