Totts : I do have a TV, but I use it for gaming. I now rarely watch shows on this TV. On my house, I have a total of 4 TVs, one for me, one for my sister, the third one for my parents, and the last one for my nanny.

I have 2 TVs...one for me, and one for my wife. However, we only have cable on one of them. Sometimes, we play online together and with friends. We hardly even watch TV on the one with cable. When I do watch TV, its mostly just to check on what's going on in the sports world. Most of the time, my wife and I watch Netflix and/or Hulu Plus on the PS3.

But if I did NOT have a TV? I suppose I would still have my laptop that I can watch Netflix/Hulu Plus on. I can't imagine what people are doing that don't have a TV. Like I said, I don't really watch TV anymore, anyway. So I guess I wouldn't hurt me all that much.

I have like 1 or 2 TVS but they don't work good. I don't have any service provider for them currently but I did a couple of months ago. The one tv we had burnt out and stopped working.

There is one TV in my dorm that I rarely watch I find nothing interesting.  Back home, there's almost a TV in every room from the living room, individual rooms, and second story room.  I am far from the 0.01% that doesn't have a TV.

I do have one but basically the only reason for me to actually have one is to use for my game consoles not to actually watch TV on it since more or less all the shows are available online without commercials and you can pick and choose exactly what to watch.

Basically televisions are becoming more obsolete for actually watching TV as time goes on. Once I get a place of my own I'll probably still only keep a small one to play games on

Well, it's not that surprising so many households have a TV nowadays, they're really useful and they show interesting programs.
We have one tv at our home, and I sometimes watch programs but I'm not really into any series, if I'm bored and there's something that catches my eye I just watch it.

I can confirm that I have a television. Although I mostly use it for playing video games. There's very little on TV anymore that I actually want to watch. And on my game consoles I can pick and choose what shows I want to watch without commercials! It's nice every now and then, but I ultimately prefer games over TV shows.

I don't have a TV myself, but the family room has a TV that I use sometimes. Mostly I use my computer, so not a lot of need for the TV. It is kind of amazing how many TVs some houses have. Cars too. Like that show Pimp My Ride they put in TVs in the headrests and doors all over the place. Seems crazy to me.
