Well, if you are going to throw your ampharos out there, then I will use my steelix which is half ground type, so your electric moves are reduced in effectiveness. 


My steelix uses the move double edge and doesn't have any recoil because it has the ability rock head. It brings your ampharos down to about half of its max HP, and then your ampharos uses thunder again which takes away about a 4th of steelix's hp. 



And for the finishing move, my steelix uses earthquake which is an awesome move and it finishes off your ampharos. Good fight.
