Sign up now to our annual Tecmo Super Bowl tournament. The Tecmo Super Bowl tournaments last the longest of all the tournaments I hold each year since it lasts as long as the NFL season. This league will start on the 24th of August.

This tournament will last for 22 weeks. The first 2 games will determine who advances into the regular games (I use this to weed out those who don't participate) and it'll also help determine who plays who during the regular games. The next 16 games are regular games and will be used to determine who goes to the elimination rounds. The last 4 games are the elimination rounds and the last round of course is the final matchup which is our Super Bowl.


Since 'Tecmo Super Bowl 2018' wont be released when this tournament begins, we'll be using 'Tecmo Super Bowl 2017' for the first 2 weeks and then we'll be using 'Tecmo Super Bowl 2018' once the regular season begins.


Requirements:
-You must live in the United States (unless you have had very little lag problems playing netplay with USA users)
-The RGR Plugin must work fine on your computer, especially for Nintendo NES games

1st = 300,000 Viz or 30 Raffle Tickets
2nd = 200,000 Viz or 20 Raffle Tickets
3rd = 100,000 Viz or 10 Raffle Tickets

Sign me up, please. I am fairly new to the site, and haven't played in any tournaments, with that said I have a couple questions. Can we choose any team we want, will we be allowed to change the playbook, and what would happen if both players are the same team?

nuggula1 : You can choose your team, you can change the playbook, and whoever is the home team can pick their team first Meaning both players can't be the same team.

Unfortunately, thing1 is right. I do not have my own working computer / laptop to play on right now. Caleb, I'm going to decline your very generous offer of loaning me your laptop. Seriously, don't worry about it.

Unless I somehow run into a situation where I am able to access a computer or laptop, I'll try to enter by the 24th. But I give that like a 5% chance of happening lol So more than likely, I won't be able to participate this year and I'm sorry if I've disappointed anyone.
