I was googling vizzed and found this photo





of vizzed board during the 1980's (I uploaded the pic here in case it gets removed) No word on whether or not this was started by Davideo7's father or not but if it was then he should register here (If he hasn't already) so he can see what Vizzed has become since he handed his son the rights to the vizzed name in early 2002 (or late 2001) I did find some more info about this.


Q : Was there an RGR back then?

A: No. This was the 1980's, how would something like that worked back then. Besides, the police may have raided the board and shut it down.

Q : Was there the VGR back then?

A: Yes. The VGR was the precursor to many gaming sites like IGN and GBAtemp. The VGR would later become known for lending its name to the modern day VGR on the current vizzed board.

Q : How was Viz earned on this board?

A: It wasn't. Viz didn't exist until the Davideo7 era of vizzed.

Q : Was there the trusted member powerlevel back then?

A: Same answer as the one directly above.

zanderlex : yeah he did but it looked like a 1990's forum though. For this one, I found a photo of a BBS forum and Photoshopped the vizzed name in by rearranging the x's to spell out vizzed. 2004 does make sense now but I didn't think any BBS's were running that year beside the "archived" ones.
