I'm thinking of reviving Survivor on the site, as a game, and I have a few different ideas for how I'm going to go about hosting it.

However, before I can start the game, I need to know that there are people interested in playing.

If you are interested in playing, know this:

If you go a week without so much as letting me know you are involved in the game, you will be booted from the game, and probably banned from future games. After the last Mafia game, I've completely had it with people not participating for games they sign up for. I have been reasonable and courteous and lenient for far too long. If you sign up to play, it's a promise that you will either participate, or explain to me why you cannot participate.

That's not to say that you can't go inactive. If real life, school, etc get in the way, please just tell me, either in a thread or PM, and I will give you a pass. But if it continues to pile up to the point where you can no longer be in the game, you will be removed (but not banned, maybe). This is to prevent inactive people from winning games. To win, you have to try.

So that out of the way...

Vizzed Survivor was a game we first hosted Two years ago. We took 18 players and stranded them on Kanashi Shima. And now, we're about to strand an even number of people, from 10-20 on another island.

You heard right. For this game to work, I need at least 10 players, and can take a maximum of 20. As much as I'd love to have a larger game, it is not reasonable. My ideal size is probably 16, but I can make more or less work just fine.

If you are interested in playing, copy the application below and SEND IT TO MY PM BOX. I want players to be surprised by who signs up, and who ultimately gets in, if too many people apply. It also guards egos because if you publicly apply and don't get in, it can lead to hurt feelings. I cannot stress this enough. If you do not send it to my PM Box, you will have shown you cannot follow directions and are not suited for this game.

What days of the week are you most available for "competitions" which will take the form of high score competitions, speed runs, etc?

What days of the week are you most available for "confessionals", which will be PM'd to my inbox on an infrequent basis? Essentially a confessional will be a snippet where you talk about the game. Your confessional will not be "aired" so to speak, until the very end of the game, after the final votes are read. You can use your confessional to speak about how you think User A is stupid for keeping you around, when you plan on cutting their throat.

What type of game do you consider to be your specialty?

What is your favorite type of food?

Where do you reside? In the US? If not, what country, and what is your time zone stamp?

Would you say you identify more as an attack helicopter or a bullet train?

When was the last time you cried?

Did you play in the original Vizzed Survivor? If so, why are you applying a second time? If you did not play in the original, why are you applying for your first time?

How long do you think this game will go, as opposed to how long you think it should go?

Are you going to get butthurt if you get voted out first? What if you get voted out right before the end?

I'm down for some Survivor. It's been pretty fun the last few times, so why not? Sending the app now.

I've had an itch to participate in Vizzed games lately. The only time I applied for one it got shut before it could even start, so my motivation is intact.

I'm still not very sure if I'll be able to enter all competitions, simply because of potential technical issues (systems, games or tools not working well or not working at all). I know it's easy to get rid of dead weight people in this game, but becoming a dead weight is not fun.

I'll prepare the app and consider if I should send it over the next few hours.

I'm just putting this out there, for anyone hesitant that we won't get enough players.

We already have 8 applications in, meaning I just need two more to have the bare minimum. Since applications go another six days, we should definitely hit that.

So do not be hesitant, it's shaping up to be a good season with all the quality applicants we have!

I've already hit the bare minimum of 10 applications, meaning as of now, the game is most certainly on. I'm likely to end the applications this Saturday night or Sunday night.

If you are at all interested in playing, this is your last chance to sign up.

If you don't sign up by Sunday night, I cannot guarantee you will have a chance to play.
