Yeah....this is a good reminder to people sometimes of what someone can be going through in their home. That's why its not better to judge and to learn see what you can learn from what happened to make that person be how they are. Its quite sad how things like this happen to most kids they don't have much people to talk to. So....they bully for attention, or out of anger it can be from anything. Its either you help this person and teach or you don't. :/

The first thing I thought when I saw the post was, "Of course I'm not going to judge. I just told a grown adult it's okay if they watch the Disney channel with no kids around because it relaxes them."

But, yeah, the bully thing. Bullies are bullies because it allows them to exert some level of control in their lives. Usually those kids are the ones who are the worst off and have no idea how to safely express themselves or their feelings in a proper social environment. They know little more than pain, humiliation, failure, and they don't get positive reinforcement or happiness at home.

Obvious there are some who do it just to do it despite having good home lives. They have other things wrong with them.

But the majority, and it isn't a free pass, are just not happy people. Violence is what they've grown up with so it is all they understand. And they go home to where they have zero control over their own lives so they try to force emotional responses out of others.

It's too bad.

Your comic brings up a good point. A lot of bullies have a pretty cruddy life themselves. Although that doesn't make what they do right, they need as much help as their victims do. There is a small few that are just plain rotten, but that is a whole other thing.

The only thing a bully understands is force. But at the same time,I have no sympathy for them. If someone bullies you,you have every right to beat the dog$h1t out of them. Your comic may be accurate but at the same time,if someone raises their fist to me,they get a fist in return.

Oldschool777 : what bullies do is completely wrong and i can say that with certainty since i've been bullied myself, but i definitely have sympathy for them since all the word sympathy encompasses is "pity" or "sorrow." yeah. i'm not saying you're wrong because you don't empathize with or feel sorry for them (even though i kinda thought most people would) since that's not one of my business i guess... but the only thing that's bugging me a bit is your consistent word choice throughout the board on topics like this. i'm not arguing with your ideology and you have every right to be defensive and stand up for it since it's your own opinion but i've noticed a trend that sort of bothers me a bit and it's that you tend to swear in your "eye for an eye" posts :. i mean i've blurted the occasional "ass" or "damn" (mostly for comedic purposes) but i just want you to know that you don't have to be so gung-ho for people to consider and respect your opinion. in fact, i'd probably be more comfortable actually thinking about it if you didn't curse lol. especially your reply to this thread. it isn't my place to tell you how to act, of course, but i was just sharing what i personally find easier and preferable to debate with. not everyone is like me of course, but still. just keep in mind that this is a family-friendly site and being chill here is probably a good idea~

NintendoFanKimmy : thank you for showing this sadly it serves as a reminder of what some kids are forced to deal with at home a lot of this abuse  in my opinion is probably caused by parents or guardians using illegal drugs or drinking to the point where they become abusive and unfortunately it always seems to be the kids who end up suffering because of it and while this is not how all kids become bullies it does explain how some do and I agree that we certainly should not judge them instead if we have family who love and support us we should be thankful since there are some kids who are not lucky enough to experience any love at home

That is only how I feel about it and sometimes that is how I express myself. As you may have noticed,I did censor it,but we all know what I wanted to say. I have been bullied and I know that is the only thing they understand. Maybe I have an archaic way of thinking,to put in a way many would understand,a "prior console or system" way of thinking,but I will not change it,especially if I am right. The bully could just as easily think to themselves,"Why should I hurt someone,especially when I am bullied myself?" I am just showing what happens when someone bullies the wrong person. Now,in my day,I think the worst someone might do is bring a gun to school to deal with a bully,but that was a worst case scenario. Mostly it would have been a fight right then and there.

Wow that hit me right in the feels. I got bullied in high school but never thought about it like that. I just think the guys in my schools were actual jerks though because they all had cars and money from mommy and daddy :p But some kids can be like that. I understand so much. My  nephews father is horrible to him kind of like that and I'm pretty sure he bullies someone in school because he's always hitting his sister which yes he gets in trouble for. Usually it is the parents that cause it and I think it is sick and disgusting. If you do not want a kid then do not have one. Do not make the poor child suffer. Dear God.

When i looked, this had 16 likes and 16 dislikes. Anyway, i think this is pretty sad but true. I know a few people who are in these kind of situations and i, myself, have those moments too. But again, great work. I mean it, it's sad but also opening some eyes, out there.
