So before you accuse me of trying to offend please do not as that is not what is intended, I am just asking questions in what is meant to be a user based site of Retro Gaming Fans.

There is no insults intended, so don't take any as I am not moaning or complaining, I am just trying to have a discussion about something that is very precious to me.

I have been offended by people's actions and posts against me many times and they were not disciplined despite receiving countless supportive messages from people who support me over the years.

Do you have a STIKE?

Have you got more than one?

Do you think it was applied fairly?

Do you think some people who are liked more let off more easily as they are popular?

Is a subjective system fair on Vizzed?

I've never gotten a Strike or anything like that, that I can remember.

As for the fairness of it, I would like to think the Mods+ do their best to be indifferent between users, plain and simple. It's not their job to make sure everyone knows the rules, simply to follow them. It can be hard to draw the line on what is "punishable" and what isn't sometimes, but I have faith they put quite a bit of thought into doing so when it happens.

And yea, this is probably the best system we could have. The Mods+ have earned their spot through the dedication and love they've shown the site. They were chosen to do the job for a reason, and are the most qualified to handle matters such as this. Bans don't come without reason, and the Strikes are the warnings leading up to it.

Just my opinion though I don't mean to offend / upset anyone.

I think my temp ban was a bit unfair. Those that know me that I do not seek out to antagonize. I only wish to share my view even if many disagree with my thoughts. I live by a simple code,you do right by me and I shall do the same in return. I admit,my views are a bit much at times. I like to think my posts for the most part are constructive,maybe a bit on the vile side. I think if people learned to read my posts carefully,then about 80% of the issue will never happen.

I do not hate the mods,they have cut me some slack at times. But at the same time,when you have a lot of users yipping like tiny dogs,they acted just to silence them and to lock me up. But that is fine,I accept that.

Undoubtedly. I'm a very rowdy individual, but I'm keeping it together for now. I'm fairly well behaved aside from a slight outburst of coarseness but that's manageable.

I can say that I've never been informed of having a strike against me, so I doubt it. I mean, I was rather rude when I first got here, but I was still readjusting from my stay on Kongregate. I've done my best to be civil and polite in my stay here. I'll leave it up to you all to decide whether or not I've hit the mark, though.

However, there was a time before the strike system was here that I got IP banned. Back then you had to be careful about how fast you navigated pages on vizzed. I navigated too many too fast and got IP banned for it. Now that isn't possible since the site functions much better!

It inevitably got hacked, so no more forum anyway, I'm not sure who would want to hack a small Forum like that.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
