On November 8, 2016, United States will never be the same. A presidential election will finally occur, and Barack Obama's successor will be identified. It will be a battle of ideals, wills, strengths, weaknesses, and everyone will be attentive. It should be noted that Donald Trump is rising his way to the top, being the primarily predetermined presidential candidate in the making, though anyone can rise to the upcoming challenge. It might be interesting to see how USA's government and economy will turn out thanks to this election. I'm writing about this because although I'm not American, I think the outcome will definitely be entertaining.

Who do you think should win and why? Share your thoughts, if you don't mind.

Well, "entertaining" would be a really good and honest word for describing Donald Trump, so I couldn't agree more.

I haven't been caught up in the race that much at all. I gave up in politics when I realized that the education system affects more than 50% of the next generation and it's thought process, and that the perfect circle had been created which keeps the higher elites in power. America has been dead since 1861 or just about at least.

I would have loved to have seen Ted Cruize take the win.

No, I don't know too much about him. My research on him is very minimal- Same for Bernie Sanders. Trump Is a lot easier to find out about than those two.

Hillary should be in prison. It's an absolute joke that she's even running for president. But Bill Clinton taught us that you can get away with pretty much anything in America Bureaucracy so. . . whatever.

I quit doing politics long ago because I realized I wasn't changing anything. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them think. Even our history books are screwed over now and it seems people have forgotten why our forefathers rebelled in the first place.

If I could say why I think Ted Cruize should be president. . . with my limited understanding on what he's done, here's why:

1. The Constitution is actually a big deal to him. (What do Hil-liar-y and Bernie care about it?)

2. Cruize has taken court cases to the supreme level and won them for our constitution.

3. He defends religious liberty.

4. He actually believes in individual states making their own laws.

That's a huge thing to me. States having their own independence regarding marriage laws ect. Again, I'm so rusty at this that I don't know what to say. I don't remember our history like I used to and I have kindof moved my thought life onto things that. . . I dunno, actually BENEFIT me more? Politics are just great. We talk about them because they ARE important.

And then the rest of the country who won't look into things or think or whatever decide our fates for us. I don't even believe in democracy anymore. I support Imperial- Theocratic- Meritocracy since that seems to be what the Children of Yisrael seemed to go buy. Headed by a judge who appointed lower judges- not making their own laws but enforcing the five books of Moses- the Torah. And then you have a main, Cohen Gadol (High Priest) which is based on lineage who helps with certain cases. And of course, we have the main military general- whose job was military tactics.

In the first version used by Israel, all three positions were respectively held by Moses, Aron, and Joshua. When Moses died Joshua became both the High Judge and the Military Commander. Which is fine, just so long the High Priest is not the same person as the High Judge of the Great Commander. That's the main thing.

When I look at how America is built I already see it based off of the Yisraelite system in a large way. It's just we've lost states independent liberty- the right to succeed from the Union, and our morality is screwed up because we can change it at any point in time. We don't exactly need so many new laws when the Torah already describes what morality should be and how to punish evildoers in detail. But that's my take on it. So there.

Long winded.

As much of a joke I find him most of the time,I would want Trump to win. Hilary is a monster,a liar, and a murderer. She is among the absolute worst Secretaries of State and she could not do that job without suffering a brain clot. Trump is a loudmouth,a whiner, and someone who is used to getting his way. But this is basically a race where the Electoral College decides if we get diarrhea or constipation.

I've posted about this before but I'll say it again.

This is really pick your poison.

In the end though i would go with Hillary. Both are mental and Hillary especially just honestly looks like a witch.

You could say that trump is just a master manipulator and he doesn't actually have the IQ that it looks like he has,  I just wouldn't want to take the chance.

I would probably never want a republican to win the race, so I'll stick by that and say I ''want'' hillary to win. If it was up to me I would've gone with bernie. he was the only one with more than 2 brain cells tbh.

I'm an American and I can tell you this election sucks. I think my country is doomed no matter who gets in.

One one side you have Hillary R Clinton. She is very corrupt and got away with breaking the law. Even the FBI director said and I quote "had it been anybody else we would have prosecuted them" Second Hillary's actions lead to the death of 4 Americans Benghazi. Plus she has lied so much and is a flip flopper on issues. She has also said she would consider restricting the 2nd and 1st amendments.

One the other side you have Donald J Trump. Trump is highly controversial. I believe he is a racists and a psycho. Trump has called people different names. He also mocked the disabled. In addition, he runs his mouth. Plus him wanting to ban people and kick people out of the USA is pretty scary when you think about it.  I don't think he is fit to be President.

Basically Clinton and Trump are both dangers to the USA and neither one should be were they are at.

Trump has insulted a lot of the GOP's main voting base. The GOP main voting base includes: Veterans, military families, soldiers, gun owners, coal miners, Cubans, conservative Latino's, Evangelicals, and farmers. Trump attack on the dead solider's family has ticked a lot of people in this base off.

It is possible some solid Red states could go blue this year. To give you an idea on how remarkable that is. George W Bush, John McCain, and Mitt Romney won these states by more then 10 points. Trump has caused such a stir. That Clinton is probably going to win. I do not see how Trump can get 270 Electoral Votes.

Me personally I'm voting for Gary Johnson. I won't vote for Hillary and I won't vote for Trump

With the exception of a small disagreement in political philosophy, I have nothing to add to what Sword Legion said. I have to disagree with any kind of theocracy as I'm an anarcho-capitalist, but my answer to this question is pretty simple: whichever the people want. The people deserve to pick who represent them and they deserve whatever they get, good or bad. If I can manage to register this year, I'll be voting for Trump based completely on the fact that he has NRA backing. Freedom isn't free and you only have as many right as you're willing to fight for, and the real American people haven't anything to fear regarding government, be it our own or anyone else, as long as we're armed.

I agree with a lot of what tornadocam had to say.  One good thing that might come out of this election could be the rise of a 3rd party.  Both the Libertarian and Green parties have been getting much more attention since the major parties are pushing such dis-likeable candidates.  I personally would like to have more options in politics than just the two we have now.  Other countries (and I'm thinking of Great Britain here) have many more parties to choose from and I think America would benefit by getting over it's current two party system.

Should win? The best should win, but I really don't think either of the two major parties have given their "best".

I kinda want to just have no president for four years and everyone just be cool.

Neither candidate really deserves the job. I think it will come down to the lesser of two evils. Clinton or Trump? If I had to say,I would say Trump. Now,I think he is a loudmouth and a crybaby, but that would be preferable to someone that could not do a lesser job as Secretary of State without suffering a brain clot or basically lied and got people to let her go after the fact that she failed this country numerous times.

"On November 8, 2016, United States will never be the same"

You got that right

It doesn't matter which of them are elected, because it's going to be downhill for America if either of them become President of America (a title I believe doesn't belong to them).

I don't want either of them as a leader. They don't portray leadership in my view, but just personal gain.

In 4 years one of the two will be viewed as the worst president ever and we can start this whole process all over again. The only guarantee I see with the next presidency is that someone will be sexually assaulted in the oval office by either first lady Bill Clinton or Donald Trump.

USA isn't doomed.
America's two most spotlighted canidates, Clinton & Trump, are in their own bubbles and ignore addressing relevant issues the people face, such as failing/preventing support for their communities, or highly aggressive, interfering authorities and services.
As is the case for many countries across the world right now, the people do not have leaders to follow or renounce, just systems to keep them jumping through hoops to survive, so this election might feel like the next step to a breakdown.
Ultimately a goverment only has power the people allows it to, so how bad things get will depend on our faith in each other to hold it together.

Based on what we've heard over the course of this election, and what we know about the two candidates that have any chance of winning, I think our best chances reside within Clinton. It's not that I think she's far more qualified than Trump, or that I hate conservatives. As someone who tries to stay in the middle, I think both are utterly disgusting, terrible human beings, and neither should be an option, let alone be the only options.

But Clinton, for all of her faults, has some idea how politics works. Trump does not. You wouldn't hand nuclear launch codes to a baby, and you probably shouldn't hand them to Trump either. I don't like them being in Clinton's hands, but she's significantly less likely to go against the public to destroy us in that way.

The way I view it is this, if you vote for Trump, you are destroying the hard work we've made in social progress in the past couple decades. A vote for Trump is a vote for misogyny and racism, whereas a vote for Clinton is a vote for four more years of the same bulls***. I would rather have four years of the same bulls***, than waste a "revolution vote" on a guy I don't think will actually accomplish half the things he claims he can do.

I wish the republican nominee had been Rubio and the democratic one been Sanders. That would have been an interesting election to keep an eye on, since I agree with a lot of their general points, and both are more accomplished politicians than Trump (and that's saying something, since Rubio is younger than my mom, and Trump is older than my grandmother).

I'm not pro-Clinton. I'm anti-Trump. That said, I'm casting a vote for a third party possibly, so who knows what I'll do between now and voting day.

Both Donald and Hillary will do little else besides ruining the US for everyone. Donald hates women and wants to ban all Muslims, and Hillary wants to go to war with Syria and Russia.

I'd personally vote for that Dr. Jill guy that Grade A Under A mentioned, since Bernie has little chance of winning due to limited voting spots in places that support him among other reasons.

I have to agree with Touch Master 97,neither candidate is presidential material.

Trump-He is a crybaby,a loudmouth, uses Twitter way too much, does not think before he speaks, and has been bankrupt 4 times.

Clinton-She could not do a lesser job of Secretary of State without suffering a brain clot, cannot follow directions,is a world class liar,is responsible for Benghazi, and used her connections to get a slap on the wrist.

But I would rather have the loudmouth over the professional liar.

I know this is late, but Clinton should've won fair and square.
