I do enjoy rice,especially this one type that was slightly sweet,but it was so good. Most store bought rice is bland and tasteless,but this stuff was so good,I did not really need butter for it.

Rice is amazing. I could eat rice all day every day and still be happy. Rice noodles are really good too. They're like regular pasta noodles but made from rice, so in my opinion, even better. One of my top 3 favorite dishes is Stir Fry with chicken and rice / rice noodles (with lots and lots of soy sauce as well). Like others have said, I could go on for days about all the incredible dishes that include rice, but it would take way too long.

Yeah I do, when it's done by a rice cooker.


You see if it's cooked with the stove and pot+water, it'll taste alright.

But when you cook rice in a rice cooker, it makes the rice so soft to eat.

True,a rice cooker does take all the guesswork out of making rice. And if you flick the switch to warm it will maintain it while being soft and fluffy. Just remember to rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking it.

I say it depends.
Plain white rice you get when you order certain Chinese takeout meals is awful in my opinion.

I enjoy eating rice but it only fills you up for only so much time so I prefer to eat it only as a snack. I also enjoy eating rice with chicken and vegetables and I would prefer to have that rather than anything else. I would even go out of my way to eat plain rice because you really can't go wrong with any kind of rice.

Regular white rice I can't eat, I use to eat it a lot as a kid, my parents would make it 2 to 3 nights a week, because they love it, but I can't eat it anymore. Now if it's Spanish rice, and it's mixed with ground beef, or in a burrito, I will eat that, but that's about it.

So of course I love rice :v. My favorite type is white rice, and I really like white rice with some sort of sauce mixed in with it X3. Brown rice (idk if that's the actual name of it, I think it's "whole grain" rice) is okay... my mom makes me eat that instead of white rice, but it's not my favorite at all... (plus she includes beans which makes it even more eh.) I should probably go to a store someday and just buy white rice when I'm older :p. Or just go to Asian restaurants more often, haha. I'm not really a big fan of rice. However, there is one kind of rice that I absolutely LOVE to eat with just about anything...and that is basmati rice! It is packed full of protein! I voted for "depends" since it would depend on what kind of rice it is.

Its said that when you enjoy eating basmati, your taste buds have a difficult time enjoying other types of rice lol

I've tried to like rice, I mean it looks good, and sometimes it even smells good, but it tastes so odd I can't take it.
My parents used to force me to eat rice by putting it in milk, I think it made it worse.
